My experience with PerPay has been exceptional. The products are quality products and shipping is fast. The only issue I've had lately is with my active shipping. I've never missed a payment and have paid off multiple products but somehow my active shipping is no longer working. Please fix this issue.
Overall my purchasing have been amazing, only thing is entering in my employer direct deposit info has to be manual, but that was a breeze once I spoke with my HR. I received my items quickly great condition and it was authentic! Customer services is great as well they contact you back very quick and don't hesitate to answer any questions you have! I'm please and now on my second order! Must say it helps with your credit as well! IM HOOKED

My experience with PerPay is very good. My devices were packaged neatly & nicely. My devices came rapidly. It was no hassle. Truly thinking about getting something else. I don't have one bad thing to say about PerPay! I'm thankful. My credit score also went up 10 points!
I can't get a hold of a live person, and it takes almost a week at a time just to get a response from anyone. Now my whole paycheck is being sent to them and I have no idea if I'm going to get my remaining balance back after they keep their portion for my order. I don't even want the order anymore because I feel no confidence in this service due to the lack of customer service/support
I work for a federal government agency I applied and got approved for $1000 instant. Of course it goes up $2500. Which is great as well. This is a prepay shopping service at your convenience. Easy to setup and payments. An easily be deducted from your payroll..
What can I say about per pay besides it's the number 1 app I use. The products be great and a little pricey but the payment plan is unbeatable. Thank you guys so much for helping put smiles on my family faces specially my daughter. Thank you per pay once again!
Lazy! The leave packages at mailbox that is right inside entrance. I'm paying on a package I never received. Why ask for address if you don't deliver to apartment door? Paying my balance off and not ordering again!
I haven't been able to set my direct deposit up manually or electronically. I've also reached out to customer service more then three times and no response on how to fix this. I don't understand because they been taking money out for my purchases I made prior. I can't even use the site.

I have had horrible customer service experiences with your company. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone with questions and it feels like I get ignored when it comes to shipping on orders that I have been approved for and have already purchased a couple big purchases and never missed a payment for. It would be nice if your company could provide better customer service

Things are expensive had acct paid through direct deposit paid in full and I just found out they put it on my credit report that I owed 1.00 yes one dollar which isn't true I owe nothing can't find acct hard to get a hold of people

Walked me through the issue, helped me solve the issue, and got everything fixed for me. He was so responsive via email. I just cannot be happier with the customer service I received.
Your products are extremely expensive and I am having 2nd thoughts on if I should return them.

Sometimes you really be wanting something but then you worry about money for something else later. Well with Perpay they helped me balance my shopping with also handling important things. What makes it easier is you can pay the price through your payroll in small increments at a time until paid off!
I had an issue, where my job deposited my whole paycheck instead of the normal payment. Someone from prepay called immediately to rectify the situation. I appreciated that they called me to clear things up. I've been shopping with them for 4 years and will continue to do so.

I have had an overall good experience with Perpay. Delivery is generally fast. Once you order enough the shipping really gets fast. Convenient, come out of you pay, so you don't even notice it. Only thing I don't like is the communication is through chat, so slow response sometimes. Also, a little impersonal.
Perpay has given me the advantage to get the nice things that i normally wouldn't be able to afford at the mall or stores! The direct deposit allows my payments to be withheld directly from my check making it super convenient and no chance of missing a payment my credit score has in creased 3points since using perpay! Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
