Even though I received a tv that was broken to pieces and I wasn't able to get a refund or replacement I still love Perpay and all of the items that they offer. It's very affordable and the best part is they help with building up your credit score. I am so glad 😌 for this website! Keep up the great work Perpay
Very good site if you need time paying for high ticket items. Only thing that I don't like is that you have to pay extra if you want them to report to the credit bureaus. That should be automatic without having to pay a fee.
I started using Perpay last year around October wasn't really sold at first looking at the prices and the whole direct deposit before shipping idea. Eventually I set up my Direct Deposit and received my product a few days later. Best decision I ever made my score was very low and no one would offer me anything because of it. Now since using Perpay the last few months I have managed to rebuild my credit and also qualify to be a first time home buyer something I was unable to do 6 months ago
Ever since being with Perpay, I have been able to purchase items I need, regardless of my credit score! Since I started using Perpay my credit has went up 20 points!
I've been using PerPay for a little over a year now, and I can't say enough nice things about them. The payback option is seemless with integration with your jobs payroll, and they only approve you for what you can afford, which keeps you from sinking into a hole.
The selection of items is amazing (only wish their game and lego options were updated and expanded), but you can basically find EVERYTHING here.
And I can't say enough good things about the support staff! They always respond quickly and provide you with the information you need!

Perpay can be very useful to me. However, I have been using it for quite some time, and what bothers me is that I still have to wait for my direct deposit before I get my order shipped. When a customer is consistent with ordering and paying, Perpay should ship immediately. That's just my opinion. It makes customers want to keep coming back. However, my last experience almost made me give up. I placed an order and received active shipping, but my order was never shipped out. I sent numerous emails, but finally got a response when I asked to cancel after 10 days. Instead of customer service expediting my order at that point, they cancelled the order and refunded me my first payment to my Perpay credit card, which was made the Monday after I placed the order (Saturday). Disappointing!
I haven't been able to set my direct deposit up manually or electronically. I've also reached out to customer service more then three times and no response on how to fix this. I don't understand because they been taking money out for my purchases I made prior. I can't even use the site.

After 2 weeks of my item not shipping i contact them and they say out of stock and to pick another item. Its been another week since ive picked one and still zero response. They've taken money each week but to item

I have had an overall good experience with Perpay. Delivery is generally fast. Once you order enough the shipping really gets fast. Convenient, come out of you pay, so you don't even notice it. Only thing I don't like is the communication is through chat, so slow response sometimes. Also, a little impersonal.
So my experience with this app, I got the iPad offer here made the payments faithfully but it's saying I owe 200 and something dollars for something that I don't even know because I think they still would've been taken out for my direct deposit. I'm trying to order something now and I don't know if it's gonna come or not and I really Like you guys. I'm just trying to get stuff to buy.

I have been trying for hours and several emails later I still have not received a response from someone who can assist me with speaking to a customer service representative about my issue. I have vision issues and it's frustrating and very difficult for me to communicate via email or text please consider that not everyone wants to be typing out their issues I am personally offended that a company would make it this difficult for those customers who don't have email access all day

I love Perpay's model. It allows me to buy the items I would normally buy on credit. I make a very decent salary, but my credit is in the toilet from recent events. Perpay allows me to rebuild my credit too. Only complaint is that it takes a while to shop for products. You have to wait for your direct deposit before your item is shipped. Otherwise, love the service.
Great Quality, Fast shipping... usually, It sucks that it's kind of lie starting over during each purchase. Last purchase I am not happy about at all so far. I've been placing order for about 3 weeks now and it just went through. I have spent a good amount of money already for a fairly new customer so I don't feel as though I should have to re- connect my bank account, or wait until pay day for my order to ship. I should already have my payment registered. I've been at the same job for over 3 years now, same bank account. Also, I've been paying over my amount for my orders so I should be trusted to ship now and pay later or pay with a debit or credit card and continue with paycheck.
I have bought several items from this platform. I have the available credit however I keep getting a message to apply at a later time for the credit card. I don't understand why when this is also supposed to be a credit builder so I am unhappy with the way the company Granted you the credit card

On 3/4/25 I tried to purchase the meta glasses by Ray Ban as as gift for my significant other. I had to resubmit financial information and when I checked today, nothing had been done. You've raised my credit limit multiple times, but I can't get A BIRTHDAY GIFT approved that is only $400? I've already told him he was getting these, and now I don't think they will be here for his birthday on 4/5. I am very unhappy about this and honestly if I can't get a gift that is well under my available credit, I am seriously considering simply paying off my balance and closing my account. This is ridiculous.

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
