I've been using for a few years and I have always had prompt delivery, quality products and easy payments. Customer service could be a bit more quick to respond and the help page isn't very helpful.
My experience have been good. The only negative thing is that they charge a shipping fee for every item that you purchase. If it's all in the same order i. Feel it should be just one shipping fee.
I don't understand why, if Perpay has the allotment set up with my employer. And they divi up the payment between the installment loan and the credit card, then why am I getting late fees charged against my account. After telling Perpay I have to spend everything in my credit card and max it out, because of the bogus charges taken from my account. If I don't spend anything to help my account from being so close to the max amount someone gets ahold of my information and again maxes me out.
I had an issue with understanding my payments and making purchases, and the team was all on it in a timely manner and helped me to understand what was going on and they resolved the issue. Keep up the great work, thanks.
All for nothing I repeatedly tried different formats of my proof of income and connected direct deposit and linked my bank account and kept getting the same message only to be asked for my review after my "kind words"
PerPay allows you to make large purchases; conveniently and easily. All while improving your credit at the same time. It's a great opportunity to help get what you need and improve your FICO a the same time. I've been a customer for years and have been glad they are there for me!
Needs serious changes on customer service. Have never been able to speak to a representatives. Had the misfortune my job deposited my check to the wrong account it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't been able to get my money deposited to my bank. I'm a single mother that depends on that money thanks to this problem I'm behind on payment and it's causing problems financially.

I've been with Perpay almost 2 years and I have been able to get things I've been wanting with great payment options. Delivery of the goods I order is usually fast and smooth. Also, customer service has greatly improved since I joined. Quality option and a nice variety to choose from. I noticed that Perpay keeps adding different items and I'd love to see even more options. Being able to make payments and sometimes get the product shipped before a payment is direct deposited is wonderful. Of course you have to have a good payment history with them to get an item before the next direct deposit hits. Make sure that you have enough being deposited to your account so that you wont have to update the amount you have deposit before your item(s) ships. Overall, I really don't have any complaints so far.
How in the world does a business not have a working phone number? Email only, which by the way they will take ALL DAY to respond. They never fully answer or resolve anything. I ordered a handbag which was past the 3-5 days for shipping so i asked for it to be cancelled NO JOKE, I literally had to email about 20 times for them to cancel the order. I have ordered several things….no issue then all of a sudden I have had issues getting my most recent order. Same crap, blaming the distribution company for shipping issues. It's always "we will reach out to our distributor and get back to you WHICH NEVER HAPPENS. No updates Unless you email THEM a million times I decided to give them another chance, placed another order that was supposed to ship in 3-5 days … guess what it's past the shipping time yet again. WHERE IS MY ORDER PERPAY? At this point you all have a few days to get my order out because I will be taking legal action. You have received two direct deposits from me and STILL HAVE NOT shipped my purchase. Can't you see all these NEGATIVE reviews? You all should be ashamed of your terrible customer service. Do better.
This is a simple hassle free way of building your credit score. As long as you have a direct deposit and don't use all The available credit given you can see your score rise every payday
PERPAY HAS HELPED ME WITH GETTING BIG ITEMS FOR MY FAMILY'S BIRTHDAY OR NEEDS IN A PINCH! Some items yes can be a little pricey but for being able to have it come out of your paycheck and still get good products its not to bad.
My favorite bet all experience has been great things I ordered came quickly shopping limit increase automatically and the fact it helps built your credit is also a plus
I've bought multiple items. Nintendo switch p5 controllers meta quest vr and a few other devices. I love the fact it takes the payment straight from my check. That way I never miss a payment.
While I ordered, and received items three months in a row - I never missed one payment - I tried to pre-order for four FOUR months, 3 months I kept emailing (no phone number available) horrible customer service - never looked at my account just gave generic answers. Do not recommend at all - Fingerhut, Temu, or anything else!

My card was declined when I attempted to purchase something off of TikTok. I normally don't have any trouble purchasing things off of there as I have before. So I reached out and my issue was resolved in literally about 10 minutes or less. Super satisfied I must say!
When I first started with Perpay, I was a little skeptical. There are so many untrustworthy vendors out there that it's hard to tell legit offers from scams. Perpay has exceeded my expectations. The prices on some items are higher than if you were to pay in full with a different retailer, but it is so much lower than if you were to rent the items or have to pay off interest over time. You generally have 10 biweekly payments to pay off the items. At first, I thought was restrictive, but I like that I am not paying perpetually for an item. Even if I were to purchase a MacBook, it would be paid off in less than half a year. The payments will be a little high, but it's only temporary, and if you can budget it, you'll have the product you want and not feel like you've paid ten times its worth. I continue to shop with Perpay because they make it easy, and I am a satisfied customer.
I am so please with the products I have purchased and the great customer service. I like the fact that items get to me fast and they are all packaged well!

Support through chat was fast, very easy, and didn't take long. I'm appreciative of this service being available. My only issue is that I wish there was a way to track when you receive my first direct deposit and I also wish the credit card could be expedited because I'm financing an upcoming expense and was hoping to have the card sooner rather than later.

I was able to buy my son Oculus something I never thought I could afford. The easiness of it coming out my check so I don't have to worry about remembering to pay is a big help also. I also got me a vacuum and both came brand new and no issues. The shipping is accurate it came between 3-5 business days like promised.
