I ordered a mini video recorder. It took 3 weeks to arrive -- too late to catch my daughter's ballet performance. I put it away, box unopened until the next performance a couple of months later. It was completely nonfunctional. I charged it for a very long time -- it NEVER powered on. There was no warranty or contact information. Nomorerack basically said F- you! They would not do a thing! What a scummy, scam operation!
I ordered a carpet runner and a 5.5 X 7.8 carpet what I received was two 5.5 X 7.8 carpets totally different from what I ordered. I called the company and they gave me return item #'s for the runner and carpet I did not receive. Was told I would have to pay the shipping for return ( can you imagine what it would cost to return 2 carpets). I was told I would be refunded the shipping charges but who has $100-$200 to spend extra and may not get it back. I tried to go through BUY SAFE and was told that they only guarantee you get refunded for the merchandise not the shipping charges. So that is a hoax also. My next step is to go through Pay Pal which I went through and file a complaint.

These guys ripped me off for almost $100! They're fine for laptop covers and stuff like that, but DON'T BUY ANYTHING ELECTRONIC OR REFURBISHED from them. I bought a refurbished air purifier from these people. It took about three weeks to arrive. When it finally got here it worked great for just over two weeks, Then it started making a popping/crackling sound and shooting blue-white sparks. My house has wood floors and framing, so you can imagine my concern. When I e-mailed their customer service about it I was told there was a seven to fourteen day return policy. I replied that they put my home at risk, but they declined even a store credit. Now I'm out almost $100 and I'm going to destroy the device so no one finds it in the trash and trys to use it. Their so-called "customer service" is a complete joke. BEWARE!

After 3 week wait, comforter had HUGE imperfection right in the middle. Return is going to be such a hassle plus had to argue to get card credited back rather than a store credit. I wish I would have seen your site before I ordered. I ordered what I thought was a great deal on sheets. It's been 2 weeks and still no shipment. The shipment info that I was sent is bogus and only shows that it was initiated. I emailed nomorerack and they closed the ticket as a resolution saying they'd look into it and get back to me. They have 24 hours which is more than they deserve to provide satisfaction or am I contesting the charge on my account. I just wanted to say that I'm very disappointed in my first, and only, order of a replica Canon L-series travel mug.
When I purchased it no where in the description or in the pictures did it show that it would say "Caniam" as it is obviously meant to look like a CANON L-series lens. As a photographer I would be embarrassed to use this out in public and had I known it would say Caniam instead of nothing I wouldn't have purchased it. It was also advertised as a travel mug, but when I received it the box clearly says it is a cup and can only be used if you remove the lid entirely - not travel friendly at all.
When I contacted them they said I could return the item but I'd have to pay for shipping, and would only receive store credit. It's only a $12 item. I feel totally mislead and a little scammed and will not be placing another order with No More Rack, nor will I be recommending it to anyone.

In the description, it says they are nice and long and easily go down past your belt line, LIE. I'm not sure if the meant on a 3 year old but these tanks are SO short. Belly tanks to say the least. Since I'm a 25 year old lady, not a 16 year old hoochie, it's safe to say I will never wear one of them.

Ordered 3 polo shirts, all XL in white, black and dark blue. Took over 4 weeks to arrive. Shipped in see thru plastic wrap with shipping label slapped on (strange!).
But at least I could see that they shipped 1 XXL in dark blue and 2 L in aqua blue.
They also look like fake IZODS. Just took all to Goodwill, not worth dealing with bad customer service and frustration, just chalked up to learning experience, NEVER AGAIN!

Scam artist... I ordered jump driver chargers, then tried to cancel an hour later, they refused, saying the policy is 24 hrs or by 9 am est, this was like 7 pm at night. I have contacted paypal to investigate, and have contacted their fraud division. They are going to look at the internet complaints against nommorerack.com and their own complaints against the company, and possibly will pull them from using paypay as a means to pay... I left multiple messages on their site and with customer service. Ordered a Garmin GPS and they shipped me an empty box. Told me I would have to file a police report in order to get a "possible refund". Filed the report. Still no refund, but the real kicker is that the stated USPS shipped weight on the box is exactly the weight of the empty box. Go figure! These people are double dipping. They collect from both the customer and the insurance company and never have to provide a product. Customer service says that when a customer purchases from them, it is part of the policy the customer must agree with. What? Am I so stupid that I agreed to buy a $135 empty box? What are they talking about?

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
