I ordered an MID Google Android 4.0 1.2GHz 4GB 7" Tablet PC and Nomorerack sent a totally different brand name Tablet PC. Today, I received a Kocaso M736 Tablet PC. The Kocaso web site doesn't even list an M736. Since no information about this specific product can not be found, I'm not certain if I'll ever deal with Nomorerack ever again.
I ordered an item and it came in the wrong size. I liked the item and only wanted to exchange it for the correct size. I sent it back to the address that it listed for returns and I NEVER got my item back! It has been over a month and a half and still nothing. Lesson Learned: No More Nomorerack!
I have purchased from them about 6 times now with hardly any issue. The reason for the one less star is their chat customer service SUCKS. I got the wrong color item, and she kept telling me she couldnt do anything and I had to call in, which was not convient. They ended up crediting me for that item the same day, it just sucks you have to jump through hoops. All of my items for the most part shipped quickly. In total of the 6 times I purchased, I ordered about 20 items, good quality for the price
Purchased a pack of 12 camisoles for $30 (very cheap - first red flag). I bought two sizes up just to be safe since I figured this was probably made in China krap, but it was camisoles! These things wouldn't fit my CAT! They are a size S-M at best. When I tried to return, I was told it was a "final sale" item and could not be returned. Even after providing the ad (does not say final sale), my email order confirmation (does not say final sale) AND my packing slip (ALSO does not say final sale!) to prove no such information was provided, I was told they were adhering to "strict company policy." The same robotic form response they are replying to on this site. Customer service is our top priority! WHAT BS! I am calling my credit card company tomorrow to file a dispute. Maybe other customers fold when they give that load of crap, but they have messed with the wrong woman here. I am making it my LIFE'S MISSION to let every person on the planet know what scammers these people are - and considering I have a lot of celebrity clientele (oh yes, including one of the biggest actresses on network television), they will not be happy that they screwed me over for a pittance of $30 when they could have just fixed the issue.

So far only bought one thing, was very skeptical due to the reviews but I read them after placing the order. Got everything in a timely manner, as advertised, so far so good.
I do not recommend this site to anyone. They send out defected broken products. They take your money and then do not want to refund your money. They expect you to jump through hoops to get your refund. I bought a tablet and it had a cracked screen and the touch screen didnt work. I called right away and the lady I spoke with wanted me to ship it back on my dime after submitting a picture of it too. I said no you can send me a return label and pay for it. She then told me they will refund my money and not to worry about shipping it back. I then get an email the next day saying i do have to return the item on my dime and then they will refund my account. They will refund my shipping fees when I send them a receipt of that too but I will only get store credit. I do not want to do business with them I do not want store credit. They do not know what they are doing and have poor communication with the customers and each other. I plan on posting this complaint all over the place and making sure they do not get more unsatisfied customers. They steel your money end of story!

What a rip off and bunch of scammers! I ordered an android tablet for my challenged daughter for her birthday and low and behold the damn thing quit working in one day. I ordered my husband a collosus helicopter for his birthday from nomerack. They sent the helicopter in a fine amount of time. But when my husband went use his birthday present it didnt work at all it was a total dud. I emailed customer service and asked if I could return the helicopter or even exchange it for another or for something else but they just gave me the old well you you only have 7 days to return it from the time I ordered it and we only give you this 15 day grace period bull well I was within the grace period plus since It was the first time I ever ordered something from them I would have thought that they would at least offer me a credit for what I spent or offer me another helicopter or something nice like that that would be the decent thing to do for any buisness that cares about having a customers buisness. Needless to say I will never buy anything from that company again and I suggest that no one else does either because they will just sell you defective stuff and your out of money. Lesson learned but they are out of my buisness too. So dont shop with them because they have bad buisness practices and dont care about customers and they dont care if they ruin peoples birthday presents they should change the name of their buisness to scamorack instead! I just ordered about $100 in jewelry, including little silver pendants to give as bridesmaids gifts... I will review again when I receive them. I paid with American Express via Paypal, which should help me get any money back should I have merchandise or customer service issues.
The purpose of my review now is to report the similarities I see in the merchandise I see featured on nomorerack.com and Groupon Goods. In fact, I recently purchased a locket on Groupon Goods that I see on NMR (and for a few dollars less). The locket I received was beautiful, which gave me more confidence in ordering from NMR -- I feel like I can trust the quality of their jewelry, at least. I am not putting too much credence to their stated "retail" prices -- while their prices are good, I'm not sure I'm actually saving 90%. I do appreciate their "made in the USA" labels and charity items.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a Cuisinart Coffee Brewer and I received it damaged. Since I unfortunately surpassed the 14 day policy to exchange (I didnt open until I moved into my new apt) - I relied on the "90 day Warranty" they said it had. FALSE. Cuisinart doesn't even honor ANY warranties from NMR! NMR offers FALSE advertisement by saying these items are covered by a 90 day warranty! After nearly 2 weeks of going back and forth relentlessly - they gave in and stated they will issue me a refund. (I'll believe it when I see it). Buyers Beware!

I bought a pair a clothes protectors for traveling. Both of them completely fell apart while I was packing for my trip. They cost about $12 for the pair. My local dollar store has the exact same protectors, at least there it would have only cost me $1 and I could have returned them. Nomorerack wouldn't give me a refund so I threw them in the trash. Like many sites these days, this one tries to exploit the desire for consumers to get a good deal. I fell for it a couple times, I admit. I saw "retail prices" on bedding that were extremely inflated, but the discounts were too tempting, and I went for it. When the products arrived, I saw that they weren't even worth the discounted price I had paid, let alone the inflated (made-up) retail comparison costs.
Having ordered in February and early March, I have yet to receive more than 50% of the products ordered. The ones that were ordered were nowhere near up to the value assigned to them by Nomorerack.
Now that it's been a month since some of the orders were allegedly shipped, I'm seeking refunds on undelivered product. This is just as well anyway, as I don't need more overvalued bedding or other products.
The "customer service" strategy seems to be to a) state over and over that they value customer satisfaction while b) never actually doing anything so that c) they can run out the clock and just wear customers down, probably in the hope that they will lose interest.
I would say this company is to be strongly avoided. Do not be tempted by discounts of 60 or 70 or 80%. They just make up the comparison prices anyway.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back.
