I ordered a bedding set online weeks ago and still have not heard anything about when it will be shipped. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and when I finally did get an answer (it took 5 days to get an answer when emailing customer service, unlike the 24 hours that they claim on their website), I was just told they were "escalating my purchase to the vendor". They have told me at least FOUR times now that they are escalating my purchase. Clearly, that is not working, so how about they try something else? When I asked for some kind of compensation for the inconvenience, I was told that they would appreciate it if I waited 5-7 days for a vendor response. How many times are they going to ask me to wait 5-7 days? I eventually called and asked to speak to a supervisor, and the customer service rep told me they were just going to give me the same information, so I didn't need to speak to them. I'm sorry, but that is just terrible customer service! I have been in customer service myself for years, and I am appalled at the way I have been treated. And when I tell them that, they tell me to contact customer service and let them know. Hellooooo, you are customer service and I am telling you now! Myself, as well as my family and friends, will not be ordering from nomorerack.com again. And, I will definitely be filing a complaint with BBB.
I am very happy with this site. Everything I ordered is perfect. Repeat customer 10X's + All these other reviewer's are OBVIOUSLY seller's of their own merchandise on some auction site (wink), therefore they will try to destroy NO MORE RACK. Hey sellers, get over it. That site your selling on is OVER!
I originally saw nomorerack.com advertised on Facebook. I was about to order a purse that was supposedly 100% leather for around $38. Since I was curious about other 'deals' on this site, I scrolled through and looked at other items.
Everything looks like a good deal, but that was until I saw the identical Remington razor that I purchased at Wal-Mart for $15, listed for $19. It said that the razor normally retails for $129! So that was my clue that the site is a fraud. I decided to verify my feeling and look up reviews and that's when I came across all of these negative reviews.
I really wish Facebook would stop advertising this scam site!

I heard about this site from my mother in law and a few friends. I was in the market for some pajamas and finally decided to give them a shot... MISTAKE! I ordered 2 sets of the Emme Jordan Pjs in my normal size which is a 3x in womens. It took forever to get here and when it did arrive it looked and fitted like a medium maybe. I contacted them and was told to ship if back for a full refund and a store credit for the return shipping cost the store credit was a lie however I did receive the price of the item back to my bank account. I contacted them again to ask about the return shipping and i was told because i received what i purchased and it simply did not fit they would not give me the shipping costs back. I told them i would be contacting the BBB and they basically dared me. I AM SOOO DONE WITH THEM! I will be telling everyone about the horrible service i received.

I ordered 3 sets of sheets that were supposed to be 1200 thread count. Just received them and they are so thin you can read through them. Elastic casing on all 4 sides, but cannot get them on my standard king without compromising the fabric/seams.
This is not a case of delayed shipping, or dissatisfaction. This is dimestore quality and is more like 50 thread count. Shameful! I've contact Customer Service, but based on reviews I see here, I'm not holding my breath

This site is BULL$#*!. I bought a pack of bras from on here in 40B, and they came in all DIFFERENT sizes - none of which were 40B! On even had a strap missing, and another, the seam was undone near the clasps. Whenever I tried to contact customer support, I got no response. Talk about a waste of money!

Ordered merchandise and emailed (their suggestion) to find out why it hadn't shipped a week later. No promised 24 hour response. No satisfaction from online chat eiither. When I called and spoke to a supervisor, was promised I would hear back from her personally on this by Tuesday or Wednesday. This didn't happen either. They refuse to cancel the order, will only offer store credit less shipping (for an order that never shipped!) I have reported to my Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. Do not do business with them.

I read all these reviews after I bought some stuff on no more rack. I have made several purchases and so far everything I ordered has been exactly as described and I have received super fast. Ordered one of the golf bags and got it in 3 days. Obviously some stuff may not be top quality but maybe try reading the specifics before you buy. A lot of hating going on about products and shipping and so far that part for me has been exceptional. I do however have a problem with the customer service. I got the 10$ credit for signing up and it was good for 48 hours I tried to make my first purchase to use it and my account got locked when they finally fixed it to where I could log in (which was there fault) I called about the credit cause it was gone because it took them a day they refused to give me the credit cause the 48hrs was up. I also did the refer a person thing and I did it with the person to make sure we did it right and followed the link and I never got my credit which they also did not fix. Technically they owe me 20$ in credits which is not great service but as far as purchasing and shipping and quality of the stuff I received they have been great. If I would get my 20$ I would recommend them to my friends to use.

The first items I ordered (ring and earrings were ok) But then the problems started. I ordered a small Nikon digital camera, and when it came it didn't work at all. I had already gone out and purchased the card for it, so couldn't get my money back on that. They did not want to refund my money, but wanted to give me a store credit. I kept insisting on a refund, and they finally gave it. Then I ordered 3 items at the same time - shoes, a velour jogging suit and an iron. The shoes were at least 2 sizes smaller than my regular size 10, and the jogging suit would not have fit a size 10 (I'm a size 18). The iron doesn't work at all. I'm going to give the clothing to charity and already threw the iron in the garbage. It costs too much to ship all that back. But I will NEVER order a thing from them again!

My experience with nomorerack is not going good, I ordered one Bluetooth stereo headset and they send me some other product and after complaining about the incident they asked me to send it back via standard usps delivery and they will post my refund as store credit, but after sending the product its more than 3 weeks and I am still following. Also I referred my few friends and got $20 credit but when I went to use them it was not there, then I got to know about 1 hidden policy that referral credit is only for 48 hours. I was excited for no use.

I recently ordered a Dr Dre Beats portable bluetooth speaker which was advertised as refurb, no remote, no instructions and in a plain brown box. The item arrived via Fed Ex the next day! It was exactly as they described and the it was in excellent condition. In my case I lucked out as this speaker cost $399 on Amazon and I paid $169 w/ 2$ shipping. Amazing deal. My only regret is I wish I bought a few more of these! I realize numbers don't lie and people are generally unhappy w/ the company however I thought I would add my 2 cents because I had a VERY GOOD experience w/ the company. Perhaps it's just the nature of the type of business they are in: products are discounted for a good reason. I knew mine was a refurb so it was a risk/cost and I got lucky.
Boy, do I wish I knew about this review site before I ever ordered from them. Received the first two items with a week, not the quality that was advertised, Could tell it was a bait & switch and then got nervous. The sheets and boots I had ordered took weeks to arrive and then came in a box, no packing slip or anything. There were definitely not of the quality and monetary value that they were advertised to be. I repeatedly e-mail the company and was basically just blown off. I finally got a response that talked about sending that back and I would get store credit/etc. Well, no way did I trust them anymore. I would NEVER order anything from them again and no way did I want store credit. I am just so disappointed in myself that I fell for this scam with such a disreputable company,.

I guess I got lucky. My friend showed me this site about a month ago after she said she got her iPhone case from there for really cheap. So I checked it out and was amazed at the deals! The first thing I ordered was a NuMe hair straightener with a NuMe voucher for $110 off their products. It cost me $35. I paid with PayPal to be safe. It arrived in less than a week! I was quite surprised, and was in love with the straightener ( which normally costs over $200). Next I ordered a Remington Razor kit for my boyfriend, for $9 which usually costs $40. All items have $2 shipping so I paid a total of $11. These took a little longer, about a week and a half. But everything arrived as it said. I just placed ANOTHER order for adhesive bras, an iPhone case, and a camera lens coffe mug. My total was $22 and it hasn't arrived yet but they gave me tracking information on all of the items. So I don't know why other people are having problems, that really sucks. I love the rings on there but I don't know if I would trust it enough to buy them. Well anyway, I hoped this helped, and I hope I'm not the only one who had a positive experience with them.
I ordered 3 sets of sheets (full, queen and king) when they arrived they were only 15" deep, not deep enough for modern mattresses these days. They told me to send them back via UPS and I would get a store credit (NO REFUND). The sheets that I needed to return, the full and the queen goes to one address and the king goes to another address. I wanted to send them in the same box, but did not because of this reason. I sent the full and the queen sheets back, and it cost me $32.00 to send back to you via UPS per your request. The sheets are not worth that much shipping charge. UPS informed me that it would have only cost your company $5.99 for a return shipping ticket. It is going to cost an additional $13.00 to send the king size sheets back to the other address, when they told me had they all had the same address it would have cost about half that. I spent at least $90.00 to buy the sheets that will not fit any modern mattress, an additional $32.00 to send 2 sets back just to get a store credit. These sheets have cost me so far $120.94. This is ridiculous poor customer service since the add did not say how deep they were. I certainly would have not bought them had I known this.

I ordered four items from this site. Two pairs of earrings, shoes and a sweater. I tried to return the sweater, because it was obviously a "second". The company stood by their product, so was not able to obtain a refund. The shoes were okay, but both pairs of earrings were unwearable. After my experience with the sweater, I just decided to chalk this experience up to a lesson learned. Should have read the reviews for this site first. I do not recommend ordering from this site.

Don't ever give your money to these people. Don't even attempt to get a refund. SCAM. I ordered pillows and they were retail luxury 87$ pillows. I wouldn't pay 50 cents for these. TAG SAYS 100% polyester, not cotton like advertised. SWITCHING PRODUCTS is very scammy if you ask me. Asked for a full refund including the shipment back to the manufacturer ( which yes you will have to pay for) They will only give money back to your account if it's a damaged item, not b/c it's not what you wanted. So expect a CREDIT. That's it. I got a refund for my item b/c they were falsely advertised and had fleas on them but they tried to refuse me money on my shipment... I battled for a whole month for this crap to clear up. They kept saying we never received a copy of my receipt... bull... i have all the emails... Anyways. I wouldn't recommend this site AT ALL.

MY wife ordered an Invicta watch for $98.00 + $2.00 shipping when I found out I tried to cancel the order an hour later. Nomorerack would not allow me to cancel the order although their policy states you have 24 hours to cancel. They shipped the watch which took 3 weeks to arrive. I contacted them to obtain a return merchandise authorization number but was told that was not needed. I mailed them the watch and another item on 01/04/13 via USPS registered mail. They received the watch on the 9th but claimed they couldn't find it in their warehouse.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
