I've been very satisfied with everything except one one item. They have all been good quality and name brand so far. With the one item that I was not satisfied with I got my refund as a store credit and they refunded my returned shipping cost. I haven't had any problems with them so far and Ive ordered well over a dozen things including, coat, jewelry, nume flat iron, and so on. I like em :)
A few things I got were fine. I got a train track that said electric, was battery operated. They said I got a ring, that I didn't get, they made me file a police report, finally gave me credit for it. I just got a necklace with beautiful stones, think they are real, but is said diamonds too and they are rhinestones. I think I will stick with ebay.

My complaint is this. Bought 2 items, shipped separately, NO PACKING SLIP in either one. Opened box of one - laptop tote bag - the snap immediately broke - basically poor construction. Have been told that I can't return it because the 30 days is based upon the date of purchase! Really? I don't think so...

I ordered a tablet recently and it arrived within one week of the order, so that was good. However, after turning on the tablet and letting it charge for MAYBE an hour, the touch sensor in the screen was off.
Ie - I tried logging into facebook and accidentally input the wrong letter into the username space. When I pushed delete, it somehow recognized that as the letters "Y" & "R" being pushed at the same time, which are nowhere near the delete button! So anytime I tried to delete something, it inputs "yryryryryr" over and over. Also, in order to move to a different slide on the screen, you have to push veryyyyy hard for it to even move. The stylus does NOT work on the screen.
Overall, I'm very frustrated that the new item I just purchased is already un-usable and now I am responsible for the return shipping, which I will not be getting back except in store credit, which I more than likely will never use..

OMG! I bought 4 items... 2 Leather Passport Covers was NOT the color I ordered because they were out of the color i ordered, 1 of them was printed wrong. AND the 3rd item, iphone Battery Charger... DID NOT WORK.

I received the wrong item, it was an MP3 player, but not the one I ordered. It was supposed to have a camera and this one does not. It was supposed to be name brand but it was clearly generic. I paid more than I would have for other MP3 players on their site because of the camera. When I contacted them they wanted me to send it back to them even though they can not send me what I ordered because they are out of them. They want me to pay shipping and they will reimburse me for the original cost and the shipping with a store credit, after I send it. So basically I am forced to spend even more money at their store and can not get what I was originally intending to buy. I am just going to keep this one rather than messing with the shipping and all that, but I am not happy.
I also ordered some comfort bras, for lounging. I ordered a size large- they fit my 13 year old. Since she can use them this is less frustrating but it was still a disappointment. I will not be ordering from them again.

I have ordered many items, and I do mean many from Nomorerack.; an Android tablet, contour cooling pillow, leather handbag, and Srivectin eye cream to name a few. I also have items on order now. I have issued two complaints to them, one over quality and another of an incorrect billing. In both cases several emails were exchanged and I did find that even if a copy of the invoice was returned and reason clearly stated some in dept do not read well. Returning an email and telling them to please read and note attached invoice brought immediate resolution. In one case I was given full refund w/o having to return the item and in the second I received store credit. Since I have had good luck with them a credit was fine. My suggestion to all is keep your original email confirmation from them (or any site), and the one that arrives with goods. Then if you need contact a site you have an easier and shorter correspondence chance. I did learn that they do not have inventory on hand at the company. It is vendor based and their vendors also err in product numbers and quantity (thus sometimes longer wait for some items... the vendor promises but miscalculates then to keep qualified rush manufacturing but delay delivery).
Truthfully I am being generous with my rating because after they ruined my ten year olds birthday and over 2 month and 38 emails (countless hours) I have fially recieved my full refund. I won't go into the very long story as it has taken too much of my valuable time already but I CAN NOT recommend this site to anyone no matter how good the deal seems to be.

I figure I am retired and have the time. Funny thing, as I paid thru Paypal and they looked up the tracking number and saw it was delivered in LA the address they gave me, but gave Paypal an Canada address and they didn't refund me as the address was wrong, but they gave me that address. I fought it three times and Paypal took their side every time. So their is another company for your need to know basis. What is this world coming too. I've ordered from them a few times... Got the 1600 TC sheet set... I HATE them! They are so thin you can almost see thru them, and the material snags very easily. They also shrunk a bit when I washed them before using them (in cold water and dried on low), so now the fitted sheet keeps slipping off the mattress when you toss and turn while sleeping!... If you have to get up in the middle of the night, you have to stretch the sheet over the mattress so you can lay back down again! Very frustrating! As far as shipping time, I did receive these within 2 weeks, which I didn't think was bad.
I have also ordered nail polish from them... first purchase was fine... took a while to get it tho... I had to call to check on the shipping status. The second time I purchased nail polish from them it never arrived, and they issued me a credit, which I have yet to use. I'll probably buy something close to that amount so I can clear out my account.
I have no desire to do business with them again.

I ordered a pair of boots as a gift for my daughter, with the guarantee that if the order was placed by Dec. 10th, it would arrive in time for Christmas. I ordered them on Black Friday. By the middle of the next week, I received a notice that they had shipped. When they had not arrived after a week, I emailed them and got no response. This went on fir another two weeks. As you can guess, they did not arrive in time for Christmas Day... And still have not. They finally responded to one of my emails and said that they must have gotten lost during shipping and they were sorry but they no longer carried the item... And actually asked if I wanted a refund. I order a queen set of sheets. It took 8 days before it shipped and took another 3 days to arrive.
Since the product was so cheap, I only placed a single order to determine if this was a "too good to be true" offer.
I received a full size set of sheets, not a queen size. I sent an initial request to customer service detailing the problem and I received a response about 24 hours later. The response was "Thank you for contacting us. What is the issue?"
Seriously? I already gave all the information once. I reiterated it a second time and asked for a full refund and for them to pay for return shipping since it was their error, not mine. Response #2 was, "Please ship back at your expense and we'll issue you a store credit." Sigh... I sent a third response explain why that was not an acceptable response and response #3 was "Please ship back and we'll issue full refund." There wasn't any mention of who pays to return the item. Clearly, they still expected me to pay for return shipping since they didn't issue me a return label.
I posted all of this on their Facebook page. They deleted the post and asked me to respond in a "private message." I sent them a private message that they never responded to.
The cost to ship back the sheets was slightly more than half the cost I paid for the sheets. At this point in time, I opted to donate the sheets to a family in need through Catholic Charities.
About a day or so later, I received an email from their supplier asking about the "mix up" and needed information to fix the problem. I partially explained. They said, "this is the first I'm hearing of this. Please tell me what happened and we can correct the error." I sent one last response. I explained in detail what transpired and that it was too late to fix anything since I donated the item. I request them NOT to contact me again. That was earlier this morning. Thank goodness they haven't responded yet.

This company practices fraud and bait and switch advertising. I ordered one product, and they sent me a totally inferior product made by another company. On another order I placed around the same time, they never sent me one item. Their customer service department was totally not helpful - they expected me to ship the product back to them, at my expense, and then trust that they would eventually give me an in-store credit. 2 problems with that plan - why should I pay the shipping for their "mistake" and why would I want in-store credit after the run-around they gave me. And have you seen how many complaints there are from people who have been through similar scams with this company? Did you see that their BBB rating is an F because they do not care about resolving complaints and they routinely send the wrong product, damaged merchandise, used merchandise, or nothing at all? Stay away from this company!

It seems as though everything we purchased is directly from China. I purchase some leggings and they smelled like bug spray and rubber. Definitely don't but from this place. I ordered three items. Two were shipped right away and according to nomorerack.com were delivered as well. Upon contacting them and letting them know that I never received my items, they told me I had to check with my local post office, which I did. Not much help there. When I told nomorerack.com that the post office wasn't able to help me, they told me I needed to file a police report and then they would issue me a credit. So I filed a police report. I also filed a complaint to the US Post Office online. Amazingly, two days after I told nomorerack.com that I had actually filed a police report, my packages arrived! So I really don't think it was the post office at all. Now I finally got my third item after three weeks. They supposedly shipped it on 2/14 and I just got it today, 2/26. It was a waterpik. I missed the fine print that said refurbished, or I would never have ordered this in the first place. But trying to make the best of this whole horrible situation, I decided to clean it, although they did say it was sanitized. Sanitized with what I'm not sure because this thing is grossly and disgustingly dirty. I'm throwing it out. A waste of $27 and all I can do is come here and try to warn others not to waste your money on this junk they sell!

Answer: I think everyone in this position should start filing reports with the authorities! No reputable business treats customers like this. Get the word out on this scam company. It's the ones who give up and walk away that keeps choxi/nomorerack alive
Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back.
