By far the WORST website I've ever ordered from. I bought 5 things and returned all items. I got a diamond ring that looked so cheap it seemed like it came out of a 25 cent machine. Once I returned everything (which takes up to 3 weeks to get into the system. RIDICULOUS), I wasn't refunded my money. It took ANOTHER 7 business days for the items to go through, and only one did. I had to reach out to the website over 5 times and chase them down with my complaints because they're so irresponsible.

Ordered a diamond ring from them and the diamonds look fake. As soon as I get a chance Im going to to get it appraised. I have never seen a ring which such crappy gem placement. Shoddy!

I ordered a 20.00 radio control helicopter. Then I got worried about this site.

Bottom line: Item arrived five days later, well packaged, brand new, charged the battery and flew it. I got my monies worth... I guess I'll use them again.

I purchased a ereader/tablet for my daughter. It took forever to get here. Then, after having it for all of 9 days, the piece of junk stopped working. Did I get a refund? Nope. Was I offered an exchange or replacement? No. I was told their policy is 7 days and so I'm out of luck. Yet they have the audacity to put in all their emails that "customer satisfaction is our main goal". Not even close. And if you try to put an honest review of them on their facebook page, they delete it. Anything that isn't positive, they delete.

I purchased a pair of rose quartz earrings with sovarski crystals. They were so tiny, they would fit a newborn. In the ad, they looked adult size. Also, I bought a pair of stainless steel salt/pepper shakers. No info came with them, and they're also small. About 4 " tall, very misleading foto.

The worst customer service I have experienced to date. I purchased a voucher on 12/20/12. I was never able to redeem it. I contacted customer service the following day and was told the voucher was expired (the voucher says it expires on 7/14/13). After much back and forth with several customer service reps, the most recent response has been: Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for writing in. Always here to help.We are already in the process of coordinating with the supplier to get a follow up on the voucher code that was issued to you. As soon as we get the go signal from our partner vendor, we may already go ahead and provide you update. At this point in time, we are asking for your usual kind patience as we do our best to get this resolved. One of our personnel will be in touch with you within a week since they will be awaiting advise from our vendor first. Once we get an update, we will keep you posted in the soonest time.

I bought two items on this site, they took the money out of my account, and when I went back to my account to track my packages, they didnt have my account in their system.
And when looking for assistance I just keep getting the run around, I am able to log into a messaging system, but not my account. So I have no way of knowing if I'm ever going to get my items. And there is NO "make it right guarantee"

With all the negative comments out there, I thought I'd add my two cents... I purchased one of those 69 dollar tablets for one of my grand kids for Christmas. In all honesty, I was very skeptical after reading all the negative comments, so I also ordered one about the same price range from Wal-Mart. While shipping is extremely slow compared to other sights, they said it would take three weeks, but I received the tablet in two weeks, this was a plus for them. Another plus was the fact that the tablet I received from nomorerack was a much better quality product than the one I purchased from Wal-Mart in same price range, it was actually a couple of dollars more from the wal-mart one... So two of my grand kids got tablets this year! If they would do something about their shipping, I think they would have much better reviews.

I ordered a pair of boots and a pack of stylus pens from here. They sent me an email saying that my orders had been shipped. The tracking information for both orders is wrong! Both UPS and DHL say they cannot find the tracking numbers (yes, they used two separate delivery services!). Now, I also ordered something from Amazon the same day--they sent me a tracking number too, and guess what? The order from Amazon is found on the DHL site. Screw you, NoMoreRack. Total scam.

I bought 2 items from them. Not mention the shipping too very long, the items I received are pieces of craps. I wish could give them 0 star. The stainless steel bowls were all dented and dirty, look like used item. The diamond earring were fake. I asked for a return but never heard back from them. I wish I had checked the reviews before the purchasing, I just thought they had good deals. They are ripping you off!

If I could give this site no stars I would. Like an idot, I got suckered into viewing & purchasing from this site. It's my fault I didn't check reviews like I normally do. I had ordered 2 items 1st was 3 days ago & the second was today. After reviewing the reviews, I cancelled the latest but was told that I could not cancel the 1st b/c it had already been processed... NEWS TO ME! I never received notice. I asked to speak with a supervisor & was told one was on another call & no one else was available... I said I'd hold & I was told I needed to call back. Very rude & very poor customer service. I did get a cancellation # & I better get my refund within the timeframe 5-7 bus days I was told, If not they will have a problem! Never had this issue with any other site I've ordered from. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

The marketing tactics are very misleading. Customers are tricked into believing they are getting a good deal when in reality the merchandise is EXTREMELY cheaply made and not even worth the money they're asking. I ordered an iphone 5 cover and it was SHIPPED broken. The finish is chipping after 2 weeks. I ordered the blue diamond evil eye necklace and was extremely disappointed. It was cheaply made and tiny (picture is EXTREMELY misleading). All of this merchandise can be found in stores at cheaper/equal prices and much better quality.
Customer service is horrible and they will try everything to keep your money, including making you jump through hoops to prove you returned their crap before they issue a refund, even though they have the return in their warehouse.
Don't waste your time with this cheap crap.

I ordered two different items from nomorerack.com at the same time. I ordered some very inexpensive sheets claiming to be Egyptian comfort, and I also ordered two MID Android tablets. I received all items in a timely manner. Both sets of sheets were complete garbage. They both started to Pill within a week of having them on the bed. They are now in the garbage. I ordered two tablets, and only one of them actually worked. I ended up having to send one back, and I received a credit for my shipping on the site. I was also supposed to receive a refund to my bank account for the cost of the item, but now over 30 days later I still have not seen the refund. They claim to have made the refund, but it is not showing on my bank statement. I have now issued complaint number ******* with the BBB in New York. Please do not order from them!

FALSE and MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS. They ship you rip-off versions of the products they advertise (e.g., extremely cheaply made Chinese rip-offs of the Nano of which they advertised; the junk they ship you is worth $@#!).
Only part of my order arrived.
Even of the part that arrived, they were disfunctional chinese rip-offs of the products I ordered.

I ordered a pair of boots in early november on 6 separate occassions i was told my boots were shipped. On 5 occasions following that i was told they were being shipped soon. When i finally asked for a refund they claimed it must have been lost in the mail. The tracking info never left there warehouse mind you. They claimed four times that they sent me a refund and now it's february and i have yet to receive my refund. 3 months to just get back what's mine and be told a truthful response? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a keyboard and it arrived shattered because it was sent in a bubble wrapper. They would not refund my money - only a store credit.
I ordered a boot storage bag with the store credit and it was made of tissue paper.

I ordered a wafflemaker that turned out to be "refurbished".
When I used the $10 off promo code, the page stated that it was accepted. After I completed checkout, the $10 did not come off the charges. I have gone back and forth with customer service. I even took a "screen shot" of the accepted promo code page. I have not heard back from them in 2 days, since they asked to see the original email with the promo code! WHAT?!?! This company is terrible and so is their sporadic customer "service".
Now I go to the Facebook customer service for nomorerack who states that they do not sell refurbished products. It clearly says it on the box! Get your story straight nomorerack!
