Ordering was so easy. I ordered four dresses to try, kept two and returned two. Refund was quickly credited to my account.
Update: A few very kind women have reached out to me to help resolve this situation! I might have just been dealing with the wrong people in my first couple of interactions through the site! They are now doing everything they can to get me my dress on time. I really appreciate their help. Every website has flaws and some mess ups, I think I was just one of them! Overall, I think the company really strives the make their customers as pleased as possible.
I am so angry. I made this account just to share my thoughts about this company. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I needed a last minute prom dress, and found one online that I really liked. My first issue was that on my computer the dress said "sold out" but on my phone there was still some in stock. I called and did a phone order and my dress was supposed to be expedited to me in 3 days. The package arrived on time, but when I opened it I saw they had sent me the COMPLETELY wrong dress! As if that was not bad enough, I called customer service as soon as I noticed the error and a lady named "Emma" told me she would have my correct dress shipped to me quickly free of charge, so it would arrive to me before my prom day. (4/28, tomorrow) My correct dress was supposed to get here today but when I got home I did not see a package so I checked my email to track my shipment with the order number she sent me. The order number she has sent me was not even a valid order number... I called customer service AGAIN and turns out my dress was not ever put out for shipment and was never even prepped. The lady I spoke to apologized on "Emma's" behalf, but that did not change anything. MY PROM IS TOMORROW! Lulus not only messed up once, not twice, but THREE times on my order. I will be telling all of my friends and family to never order from this site. This is absolutely ridiculous. Save your money and order from a company that will actually ship you the right dress and on time.
My order came quickly and everything was just as pictured. Love everything I ordered and can't wait to wear it. I will definitely order again.
I so love these heels they fit perfect to size, kinda wish I order an 81/2 instead of an 8 but they are so pretty!
I had ordered $130 worth of clothing, shoes and jewelry from Lulu's for prom. I received everything at a timely manner (I paid extra for 3 day shipping though). Once I received the dress I found it to not turn out like I wanted it, and started a return to send back the dress, shoes, and a jewelry piece. I packaged those items up and put a shipping label on it myself. A couple days later I personally dropped the package off at UPS, and even received a receipt for my package drop off.
The next week I was contacted by Lulu's saying that instead of my return they received textbooks. Textbooks? I wouldn't have put textbooks in my return package, I didnt even have textbooks around me at the time I was packaging everything up. Either this is Lulu's fault, or UPS's. Either way, I've reached out to both companies and so far neither one has been able to provide me with an explanation as to how this occurred. I'm furious that I'm now out $130 with nothing to show for it. I no longer have the items, and have no idea where they are. Now I'm expected to pay for the "return" of the textbooks, even though they are not mine. Everything on my part was done correctly. Everything on theirs? I'm not so sure. This was my first (and last) time ordering from them. (1 star).
***EDIT: After this review I was contacted immediately by a Lulu's representative. After I got her message I called her and she let me know that she'd do her best through this case. Knowing that someone was handling it all made me feel at ease. Now, a week or so later, they're still reviewing this case but I was refunded. Thanks for your help, Karen! I appreciated it a bunch!

You will never find anyone with the same clothes you are wearing. Their products are unique. They are my online boutique.
The fabrics were very hot. One of the dressers the zipper stop middle back. Very poor quality for so expensive dress.

Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!
