I've been really happy with everything I've ordered from Lulu's. Sizes have been true, great prices, ship quickly, and lots of compliments.
I was debating on returning my dress. When realized how beautiful it was so I keep it and loved and enjoyed every second wearing it!
I've only ordered once from the website and I had a pretty okay experience. I loved the item I receieved, it was exactly as described. The only problem I had was with shipping. I had a five dollar off coupon from signing up for their emails so I decided to pay the $12 fee for 3 day shipping. My order was shipped the next day so I was happy about that but when I tried to track it, all it said on the UPS page was "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." So I waited for it to be updated and nothing happened. I then emailed LuLu*s customer service about it but they weren't emailing back so I took advantage of their LiveChat and the employee there gave me a new tracking number. After all of that, I received my item on June 25th after it was shipped on June 20th. I was kind of upset to have paid $12 and not received my package in 3 days or less. As a side note, LuLu*s didn't email back until after I received my package which was pointless. Luckily I was able to track it through the tracking number the LiveChat person gave me. Other than that slightly annoying process I went through, I love LuLu*s and plan to shop there again in the future.
Very happy with the dress I ordered. As soon I put the dress on. I knew this was the dress. Very classy black dress. I loved it.
Everything fit to size and looked even better and more high quality in person. Never disappointed xoxoxo

To start, this is a 5 star review because I absolutely love this site and their dresses. I have ordered from here many many times and most of the time am very happy with the clothes and their quality. Of note, however, is that their standard shipping is the slowest standard shipping I have found online. If you need a dress in time for an event order in advance or pay for faster shipping! The sizing from dress to dress isn't always consistent but they have a good return policy so I feel comfortable ordering a dress I'm not sure about in multiple sizes and returning one that doesn't fit. Also, I have twice now received the wrong item. The first time this happened they informed me the item I paid for was out of stock so I simply had to go through the hassle of returning the incorrect item they sent me. The more recent time I ordered a dress for an event which I received just a few days prior to when I needed to wear it. When I emailed them asking which dress I received and explaining the situation they just offered to exchange or return the incorrect item, so I ended up wearing the wrong dress for my event due to the time constraint. It was a similar dress so it wasn't a catastrophe but I found it on their website and discovered that it would have cost less than the dress I paid for but didn't get. I am waiting to hear back from them on if they will refund me the difference for the dress I didn't receive. I also once received a dress with a tear in the material and was unable to exchange it because it was out of stock in my size - the best dresses sell out fast! Overall, this is a great online store with stylish, high quality clothing. Sometimes they ship the wrong item and only offer a return or a slow exchange, but I will continue to order from here.
EDIT: While I have still not heard back about if my credit card will be refunded for the incorrect dress, I did receive a $20 credit for their site. (:

I've ordered two dresses according to their size chart and one was big and one was too small. I mean, what am I supposed to buy?
And don't be fooled by their sweet talk when you live chat with them before you purchase. I had a really long chat through live chat to avoid any hassles expressing my concerns about sizing and returns after I read reviews from this site. They were incredibly nice and seemed reliable. Well because it was before they got my card number!
I returned the dresses the same day I received the package and they received the package today. The tracking number says it's been delivered but I didn't see any change in the return status so I live chatted which I failed the first time. When I got to talk to someone named Heather she said who was nice when introducing herself in the beginning, just didn't bother to fake nice once I asked about return. She just said 'May 15th' when I asked when I will get the refund. That was it. Didn't want to bother herself. So I asked her if it takes 15 days to issue a refund and when they process their return packages and she just said it's because they are having Spring rush.
Oh well that's it. Because of your incompetence or short staff or whatever the reason it is 'yours', I have to get my money tied up eh?
I even signed up for mail because I thought their clothes are cute and wanted to be a regular and I get their mail everyday. But they just completely lost not only my business forever but my confidence in online shopping.
They just ruined it for me.
I hope you make a lot of money with all the money you are unfairly holding from your customers...

Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!
