My favorite retailer. I buy most of my clothes from Lulus with the exception of finding a few pieces here and there when I end up at the mall sometimes. Online shopping is just to the way to go these days.
What keeps me coming back is their free exchanges and returns!, stellar customer service, occasional deals, and honest reviews of their clothes worn by real people! Free returns is the biggest reason I continue to shop at an online retailer after their style/quality/price, of course.
The website is easy to navigate, and there are enough reviews on items so I know if I should or should not buy an item. The photos of people in all shapes and sizes wearing their clothes if proof that their clothes are popular and stylish.
The few times I had to call customer service, I received only great service. They are doing everything right and I hope they keep it up. I will continue to shop there.

The shopping experience with Lulu's was fine. The sizing doesn't make sense. An XL is listed as size 8-10 which is definitely not extra large.

Be very careful if you are an international shopper! Shopping from Canada was an absolute nightmare. Purchased items and it is virtually impossible to get a full refund. Was on the phone for an hour with customer service only for them to tell me they don't help international clients. They sent me to a webpage where someone responded and said that I'm not entitled to receive my sales tax back ( as well as shipping which is not included!) how is this possible? No other international store does this at all! They told me they will email me a link to the Canadian website where I can mail in a form to get a refund through the government? Never ever shopping here again. Have told all my Canadian friends to avoid at all costs.

Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and therefore, are non-refundable, as they are not affiliated with Lulus in any way. Only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back. You will need to reach out to your local customs office directly with your return confirmation for further assistance. UPDATE: I'm really disappointed in the lack of honesty from Lulus after realizing that they absolutely do remove reviews for returned items. I have now ordered over 10 dresses from Lulus, and kept 5 of them. The ones that I returned are only visible in my order history as a balance of $0, with no information about what it was that I ordered. Not to mention, I was actually able to write reviews of them before I sent my returns back, but they are no longer posted on their site. What the heck is the point of that? A couple of my reviews were actually pretty positive, with minor things like the material being see through or a clasp being uncomfortable. These are things that I'd want to know as a prospective buyer.
I've lost quite a lot of respect for the company now, and will assume that all of the "5 star review" products have negative reviews that were deleted. It's downright sketchy. Don't get me wrong, they have some great clothes at great prices, but Lulus, you need to change this and stop misleading customers.

I have ordered 5 dresses from Lulu's now and have kept 3 of them. I absolutely love the ones I have, and the return process for the two I sent back was super easy and FREE, which is always a plus.
My only tiff with Lulu's is that for the items I returned, I was not able to leave a review. That made me realize very quickly why everything has so many good reviews (because they're only from people that kept the item, or weren't able to return). It's frustrating to not be able to give feedback that could help other shoppers, especially since I rely so heavily on reviews for my purchases. It makes the reviews that I do see less meaningful, since I know that there are probably negative reviews that would have been written if they could.
I love everting about lulus expect that they don't have the app yet and the return label should be free.
Very slow delivery still haven't got my shoes, in the mail yet! Would like to know when I'm going to get my heels!
Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!

Lulus does carry junior's sizing, so our clothes fit a bit smaller than standard women's sizing. An x-large in our items equates to a size 14 in standard numeric sizing.
