Be very careful if you are an international shopper! Shopping from Canada was an absolute nightmare. Purchased items and it is virtually impossible to get a full refund. Was on the phone for an hour with customer service only for them to tell me they don't help international clients. They sent me to a webpage where someone responded and said that I'm not entitled to receive my sales tax back ( as well as shipping which is not included!) how is this possible? No other international store does this at all! They told me they will email me a link to the Canadian website where I can mail in a form to get a refund through the government? Never ever shopping here again. Have told all my Canadian friends to avoid at all costs.

Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and therefore, are non-refundable, as they are not affiliated with Lulus in any way. Only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back. You will need to reach out to your local customs office directly with your return confirmation for further assistance.
