I am a first time costumer at Lulus, and I am already regretting not paying attention to the reviews. So I ordered two dresses two days ago, and I paid an extra $9 to received these 2 items on a timely manner. I place my order Sunday night, and today Tuesday evening I received an email saying that one of the dresses requires "a little extra processing" and that they will get back to me in one week. Again, I paid $9 extra to get these two dresses in three business days, and by the way I am sure I won't be getting the other dress tomorrow either. I am traveling soon and this seems to be rather a headache already. Not only because I paid for something that will not arrive on time, but I will be out of the country for more than a month. In other words, it was a waste of money to pay $9 extra, plus I am not sure if I will receive one of my items, and if for whatever reason this dress doesn't fit appropriately, I probably will have no time to return it, if I am still in the United States. Do yourself a favor, and buy your clothing else where.
The shipping was fast, the dressed fits very well and good quality fabric. The try on service is very convenient.
I bought dresses I did not received. Lulus tried is best to solve the problem. I eventually received a refund. Thank you so much for being so responsive.
Overall pretty good experience. The only issue was that free returns were advertised, yet I was charged a return fee when my returns were processed. That is misleading.
When there was a mistake made in my order, I contacted customer service and was dealt with quickly and kindly. I could not ask for a better experience.
Lulus makes it easy to shop. I wish the clothes came faster for regular shipping offered shop runner but returns are easy. I really enjoy shopping at lulus.
I have an addiction to Lulu's! I check the site probably 5 times a week. They usually always have a discount code and I have never had a bad experience with customer service. I will say I have to return or exchange items often as they don't fit even based off the provided measurements. I do love that they give measurements though for every piece of clothing rather than a general measurement chart. It makes choosing my size so much easier since they carry different brands and some tend to run small or big. One example of a good customer service experience: I bought a dress that was rayon, I washed it exactly as the institutions stated, the dress shrank to the size of a tank top, called lulus customer service and they told me they would send me a replacement and they did at no charge. I no longer buy rayon because It shrinks no matter how you wash it from my experience. The reps are also very nice and accommodating. They have let me return items past the 30 days since I forgot to send back. I do wish the items weren't available for others to purchase once in your cart since I have had items go out of stock in the process of checking out. Wasn't thrilled about that. A lot of the dresses I've noticed run pretty short so it's always a surprise when I receive them. All in all, I think it's a great site with moderately priced items that are of good quality.
I ordered my wedding dress. I ordered wrong size. But the returning and exchanging was easy. Also the online chat was very helpful. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I ordered several dresses for myself and daughter to wear to a wedding. Unfortunately, none of the dresses fit me but several looked great on my daughter.

I have been very happy with all the items I have purchased from Lulus. The customer service is excellent. You can return items without any hassle. Lulus clothing is a good value for the price!
I have ordered items from Lulus in the past but this time was a horrible experience. I purchased a dress and some heels in a week and a half advance for a wedding that I was attending. I was so excited to receive my items, the shoes mainly, and was upset to see the only thing at my doorstep was a small plastic shipping bag. I opened it up, obviously seeing as the shoes weren't in there, and immediately looked at my invoice. I was shocked to see that my shoes were going to be sent separately but had no idea when they'd come. I paid for 3 day shipping so my items could come in before the wedding and am only receiving one without any notification.
I went onto the website and checked my order status and all that showed for my order was that the item was back ordered. How upsetting to see that they can take my money but not have the decency to tell me that it was back ordered. I decided to do the live chat and figure things out, and hopefully know when my back ordered item will come in.
My representative was nice to let me know my item was back ordered and apologized for not receiving the back ordered email they sent. She told me that my item could come between now and three weeks, but I didn't want to wait since the wedding is on Sunday. I decided to cancel the order, but totally upset that I won't be getting the shoes that I fell in love with the first time I saw them.
I don't think I'll purchase items from Lulus that often, due to having gone through this. Overall slightly satisfied with what I purchased, but upset about the way they run orders.
Placed order a week before I needed item and paid for 3 business day shipping. Item was "preparing to be shipped" the day before it was "guaranteed" to arrive.

Honestly, their clothes are really cute and i could spend hours browsing the site. My first time shopping here, I bought a dress for an event with express shipping and my order came in exactly 6 days, it was very cute and material was great, but the size was too small - so I exchanged it. My exchange experience was horrible, first I was on hold for around 20 minutes and the worker incorrectly put in my order so I had to call again and wait another 20 minutes for them to fix it. Again I bought express shipping ($35 freaking dollars in Canada), knowing it would come in around 6 days. HOWEVER, its been almost a week and my new order hasn't even left the warehouse. Talked to customer service multiple times and they are NO HELP, all they did was reiterate facts to me I already knew, telling me "it might ship out later today/tomorrow" and they don't have any answers to my question. Wasted my money on express shipping for a dress I can't wear to my event. NEVER shopping at Lulu's ever again.
EDIT: Karen from customer service reached out to me and provided a refund on my shipping costs! Excellent customer service even when I wasn't satisfied. Thanks Lulus!
My favourite place to shop is Lulu's. I love the variety, quality and pricing of them. The tops and clothes are so trendy, and I'm trying to recommend this shop to anyone I can!
I ordered a chambray maxi skirt and was very dissapointed when I recieved something compleley different then what I had originally ordered. And was even more dissapointed when I called and found out that the item I had been waiting for was out of stock.
But Lulu's has recently contacted me and overnighted the item I had originally ordered. They were very nice and apologetic. I was also given a credit for my inconvenience. I was not happy with my begining experience but I am happy with the end result and with the service they provided trying to make sure that I was happy.

My order arrived on time and the shoes are really comfortable, however, I have narrow feet but the shoes looks wide and the back flap of the shoes kept irritating my skin but now it's good.
I would not recommend purchasing from this website if you are located in Canada. A dress listed on the website as $89 ended up costing me $170 CAD. Now that I need to return the dress, I will be losing about $60.
Firstly, note that the price you see on the website is in USD. When you check out, the price that you pay at this point does not include the conversion (which could be expected), duty or tax. These are all charged after the fact. I was surprised when DHL was texting me asking for money and honestly thought it was spam. I do not feel like this was made clear before I checked out, but very possible I just missed it.
However, now that I need to return the dress, I am losing the shipping, duty and tax. Email communications I received from the company say that return shipping is free within 10 days, but apparently this does not include Canadians and I am on the hook for that as well. I had an unsatisfactory exchange with customer service about how this is misleading and they basically said "thanks for your feedback <3 xo".
Honestly, all of this wouldn't be that terrible if the size guide on their website hadn't said that I was a 97% match for this dress and their customer service was more helpful. If you are positive that the dress will fit, go ahead and order. If not, know you will be losing a considerable amount of money on the return.

Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!
