I am a first time costumer at Lulus, and I am already regretting not paying attention to the reviews. So I ordered two dresses two days ago, and I paid an extra $9 to received these 2 items on a timely manner. I place my order Sunday night, and today Tuesday evening I received an email saying that one of the dresses requires "a little extra processing" and that they will get back to me in one week. Again, I paid $9 extra to get these two dresses in three business days, and by the way I am sure I won't be getting the other dress tomorrow either. I am traveling soon and this seems to be rather a headache already. Not only because I paid for something that will not arrive on time, but I will be out of the country for more than a month. In other words, it was a waste of money to pay $9 extra, plus I am not sure if I will receive one of my items, and if for whatever reason this dress doesn't fit appropriately, I probably will have no time to return it, if I am still in the United States. Do yourself a favor, and buy your clothing else where.
