Overall pretty good experience. The only issue was that free returns were advertised, yet I was charged a return fee when my returns were processed. That is misleading.

We do offer free return shipping on returns post marked within ten days of delivery, however after that time there is a fee applied for the use of the label. We don't want you to have paid for this service as it was unexpected, so a member of our team has reached out in hopes of assisting! We've issued you a refund for the return shipping cost to your original payment method, and you should see those funds reflected back within a few business days depending on your bank's processing times.
