I know to do this, but for some reason I didn't do it with a Jessica London order I placed on May 8. I needed one of the items for an event this Tuesday, 5/25. The merchandise has not shipped and I've been unable to get info about when it will ship. I requested that the order be cancelled as they haven't shipped it and I no longer need, nor want, the dress. I ordered other things too but wish I hadn't. Don't do what I did! Shop with reputable companies. Jessica London, sadly, doesn't seem to be one.

I returned the shoes simply because they didn't fit. They first tried to issue a gift card even though I had requested the refund in the original form of payment. When I called them, they informed me that they were charging me a $9.99 restocking fee. Since the order was only 29.99, that is a 33% restocking fee. There was nothing on their website about a restocking fee, so I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT order from this site. If you have to make a return, they will rip you off.

I use to love shopping here online now I'm disappointed dresses are looking more like moo moo gowns and out dated dresses What happened to the awesome style this was a place where I could shop and get ready for church now Catherine, Women Within, and Jessica London are combined and it's not a good look at all

Good sales/coupons

As long as you are willing to wait for a sale, you can get good prices. However, their shoe selection leaves a lot to be desired. They don't carry shoes or boots smaller than a size 7. This is very disappointing to me.

I've ordered from them before -- not extensively, but enough to get a feel for it. The rain coat that I ordered was a decent quality item, although a little bigger than expected, & the buttons are coming loose after less than 10-12 wearings. The flat shoes looked lovely, but ran a little small, so shoe stretchers were needed. Today I ordered 2 tops; the catalogue price for one was different from the price on the website, and then initially different on the phone when I called to check it out. Shipping seemed a little steep for 2 lightweight tops. We'll see how the tops wear

Another good plus-size clothing store for women - I love this store because I really like the styles... you know, they're not tent-like nor grandma-ish looking, gaudy patterns, but up-to-date and beautiful clothes that flatter you. There are some super great coupons right now, too, but hurry 'cuz they expire in like 2 days!

Wrong size

I ordered extra large they send me a size 22 on two dresses. Customer service is not writing things right and sends out dress sizes that are way too big. It's a waste of my money. Makes me not trust the customer service again. So I will not be ordering from there anymore my polka dot dress and my pink ruffled long dress we're a size 22

The shipping costs are excessive, causing me not to shop there anymore especially when reputable stores like Macy's, Dillards, and even Amazon Prime offer free shipping. I wanted to buy a top for $24.00 and the shipping was $9.99! This group of companies needs to revisit their shipping costs if they want to stay in business.

I've been buying clothes, boots, coats, and shoes from Jessica London, Romans and Woman Within for years. I've never had reason to complain about cost, quality, customer service or returns. I bought about 5 or 6 pairs of boots, several velvet sets and sweaters and returned some things. They stay on the phone with you until you find what you are looking for. I had a horrible experience with BerryLook, totally false advertising. So after that I stay with the company I can trust.

I ordered only one outfit. When it came in, it didn't fit correctly. So I returned it. They credited my account for the outfit but they won't credit me a return fee! It's only $7.50 but I don't even have an item to show for it. Jessica London is making money off of the people ordering online. Called and spoke to about four different people. They won't and will not give you credit for your return fee. I will NEVER order from this company again!
When I spoke to someone I asked them " so if I walk into a department store and they charge me $7.50 to try on clothes but nothing fits and walk out without purchasing anything the store made $7.50 just for me to try on clothes?" All the customer service could tell me that was company policy. I told them they were a rip off. That's what this company is doing. Making money off of something I returned I no longer have. Still charging me for a return fee!

Rip off joint!

This company is a fraud. They are supposed to be a plus sized clothing store yet there clothes run extremely small. I am 12 misses and ordered a size 14 womens from there store and the pants didn't come up pass my knees. Then they charged me $15.99 for shipping and when I returned what I feel were damaged items, they also charged me $7.50 return fee. So in all they charged me $23.50 to return items that I feel were sized incorrectly. Will never order from them again and they had the nerve to try and get me to open a credit card with them. Avoid this store.

I shopped here for about 6 months. What I noticed was a pattern of emails with deceptive promotional discounts. When I'd shop and go to use the discount, I'd find the discounts never "applied." When I went to customer service, they'd say, "sorry, the promo code doesn't apply to what you selected." Everytime, no matter what I selected to buy, I could NEVER use the discount. Beyond frustrating. The last straw was a promo code the company applied for my being such a great customer, spend $100, get $50 off. Again, no go. The clothes are expensive and not well made. Without a discount, and it's not close to worth it.

I'm a hard working nurse. There's a lot of other plus size clothing companies out there that not only have excellent customer service, they have have well made clothing and stand by the discounts they offer.

I will not be shopping there again.

2 out of the 3 orders I received, I was sent the wrong things. Orders do not show up on website. No paper receipt. Phone services not available for weeks. Finally got put on hold and waited for an hour and a half. No human being. I emailed numerous times and got sent computer auto replies back. Worst company I have ever ordered from.

I ordered a pair of wide calf boots, they were too big, sent them back and the boots were received on Oct 23 and I was credited back the money less shipping. I wanted to exchange them for the regular calf boots (same size & color). As of today, Nov 6, received an email stating that the exchange HAS NOT been processed yet! It's been 2 weeks! How hard is it to ship out another pair of boots? This companies policy SUCKS!

Update as of Dec 13,2015--have NEVER received the pair of boots. So it was completely useless to fill out the exchange section of the return/exchange form! What a compete joke of a company!

I purchased a pair of shoes that was on sale for $24.60. The shoes were to big when I received them. Spoke with a customer representative that stated my refund would be $16.79 after the return stocking fee of $9.90 was taken from the $24.60. I checked my account to find out I was credited back $8.14. Call customer service to ask why I didn't receive the amount of the refund I was told I would get, and she starting talking about this charge and that charge. You should always let your customers know about your hidden fees! You definitely have LOST my business!

Yesterday I looked at an outfit that was listed at $109.00. Today that same outfit is list price is $159.00 with a "50% off sale". Deceptive practice - a $50 price increase to get 50% off. In addition to extremely poor customer service and outrageous shipping policy- I'm done with this company.

Terrible service

They keep you on hold listening to their loop recording repeating someone will be with you soon, which is a lie because no one ever answers phone. Placed order April 2nd, still not processed or shipped. Regret ordering, will go elsewhere and cancel their card, not worth the aggravation.

Even if you pay for expedited shipping... Don't expect your merchandise on time. Their online chat with customer service is non-existent... I waited in the cue... 2nd position for almost an hour. Save yourself some heartache... Shop somewhere else.

I have contact Jessica London again now to find one item that I returned was credited to my account for 24.00 but the 109.00 was not received. But get this all of the merchandise was shipped all together in same package so how can you have one item when all was shipped in the same bag. Spoke to a joseph who was very nasty and rude. They have lost a valuable customer. Please if someone know of were is the best agency I can report these people to please respond.

Normally I review retail companies online prior to purchasing. I wish I had read the reviews for Jessica London. I ordered from them because it seems like they have great sales and discounts. Unfortunately, not the case. I returned the three items I purchase because the boots were not wide enough. I found today on my bill that I have a total of $40.00 in shipping/handling and return fees and no merchandise. I order some sweater yesterday and wishing I hadn't. Avoid this company like the plague. And don't bother calling customer service to get a credit on at least one return, they are not going to budge. They are going to continue to sound like robots no matter how nice you ask for a credit.
