Many of their clothes fit me correctly even though they looked great on the website. I buy clothes onlinre all the time and have not had this problem with other websites. If you are choosing the deferred payment option watch out. When I checked my balance in Nov it was 0 in the meantime they charged $7.50 for a postage return fee. I missed my Dec statement because we were out of town and by Jan 23 the 7.50 was 17.50 and was on my credit report causing my score to drop by 100 points (no other negative activity). I called to pay off the entire balance and they referred to new purchases I had made. After more research and three phone calls I realized that these purchases were in fact the 90 day deferred purchases hitting my account, They asked me to call fraud because they could not tell that these purchases were 90 days old. I closed the account and called it a loss. They would not do anything to fix my credit.
The only reason I still order from this company is it is one of the few that has bras that are affordable. I paid my bill the evening of the due date; they charged me $35 late fee because it was not credited until the next day. I returned an item over 2 weeks in their bag with their label and they have not received it yet. Called to discuss; was disconnected. Called back 2nd person was cordial but did not help resolve me issues.
I have been a customer for many years. Their offers/discounts are attractive, but shipping cost and cost for a return is not competitive with any other retailer. Prior to the pandemic this company had always been the slowest to process and ship an order. They will charge your card the day you place the order and may not ship for up to 3 weeks. During the pandemic has only gotten worse for them. No other company is slower at processing and delivering an order. In addition if you wish to check on the status of your order, I have never found the website order tracking works. You are at the mercy of a phone call and at least a 20-30 minute hold.

I ordered 4 pair of pants which were on deferment pay and I also used a coupon for 20% off. When I returned to exchange the size they did not honor the coupon or deferment any longer. The customer service people were rude informed me the bill was due right away and refused to place order back on deferment. Never ordering here again! Yinka Sangoyomi

They sent the wrong color (I got an email it was being sent), I emailed and left messages that they were getting the order wrong. They would not send me the correct color until I returned the wrong one, unless I paid a second time! When policy is more important than people, you are on your way down. No way to do business. I wanted to talk to a person who would deal with me with honor and integrity. Did not happen. I will never order again from you!
Ordered a pair of boots in December, returned them in JANUARY with the Jessica London return label as they did not fit. Just received them back in the mail today, as it was past the return window. Called to question this, and was told nothing could be done and that I had to keep the boots. Great customer service! Not.

Ordered a pair of expensive boots from Jessica London. The boots I received sometime later were not as described on the website. In fact they didn't look anything like the ones online and they didn't fit. Returned the boots and they charged me a return fee. Ridiculous! Will never buy from them again.
Everything i received from this store is poor quality the employees are rude they never ship in time take your money to torrid there clothes are more up to date better quality and they always have deals and they ship on time if not early

Ordered from Jessica London for the 1st time. Pants were the same size as all my pants they were too small. Held pants up against my other clothes and you could see it was significantly smaller.Other pants I ordered same size fit well but quality it very poor. I will never order from here again.

After waiting 6 days to receive an order I paid nearly fifteen dollars to have shipped, I called to track because there is no tracking information on the website. The money was drafted on the same day I ordered. However, upon calling, customer service had no tracking information either. They blamed everything on the manufacturer, could not help me, and spoke over me during the entire conversation. Here I am, out of my money, no item, no tracking information, and no help.

I used to order from Jessica London a few years ago, and I have gotten some decent clothes from them. However, this time, they charged a total of $21.49 shipping and handling for an order where nothing fit, and I had to return it all. Usually places charge shipping up front, and $13.99 was pretty high, but I could live with it. But what I didn't know is that when I returned everything because nothing fit, they charged an extra $7.50 for the return. It was obnoxious, and when I called customer service they wouldn't do anything to make it better. Also, the shoes are all man made, so the prices are not even very good.

Shoddy clothing and the customer service is non existent. In spite of my numerous follow up with this group, they failed to respond. Then told me I couldn't get a refund because it is past 60 days. I guess this is how they screw you... they don't respond then say oh well so sad it is now to late. You will regret doing business with this shoddy outfit.
Don't order anything from Jessica London. I ordered a "pure leather" jacket. It arrived a month later and it painted plastic that smells terrible! Such a SCAM and they got me!
I put it in the washer before throwing it in the garbage. Now it is in the dryer

A special offer that if you spent $50, you received a tote bag and notepad. I receive the items I order, but no tote bag or notepads. When I call customer service they told me that because one of my items was on clearance I couldn't get the tote bag. Know where did it say that items could not be on clearance. This is not the first time I have had issues with them. I'm through, I will not order from them again.!

Poor quality merchandise and they add fees to your account after the fact, so you think you're good but you get a nasty surprise. CROOKS. Also, they don't let you just pay and close your own account. They make you CALL them or send an online message to request to close the account. JERKS! Stay away.
The order status shows shipped with the last movement being "in transit Atlanta, GA" This status has been the same since November 29,16 days ago with Atlanta only being 60 miles away. Company gave no tracking number so tracking could not be done directly with carrier and they seem to not be interested in assisting me. I have a claim in with Paypal for non delivery since this was my last and only option. Claiming extraordinary circumstances due to Covid is a cop out since I've not had any trouble with getting other deliveries. I am through with ordering from them... too many other companies out there. I should have remembered what I found interesting previously. I found a jumpsuit I liked but waited for A sale. Finally saw a 50% off one. When I clicked on the jumpsuut, the price had doubled.

I ordered a business suit which I needed to exchange for another size. It said exchanges were not charged any return shipping so I returned the suit and asked for a different size. Four weeks later (which is pretty slow to process a return though I would let it slide if not for the following) I get a notice from the post office saying I have a parcel from Jessica London which has to be picked up at the post office and $7.35 postage is due! Aside from being charged the postage I should not be charged, the bigger inconvenience is that the post office here is a 40 minute drive round trip and I work during the day. I have NEVER had to pick up an item from a large company at the post office with postage due in my entire life and I order a lot of items through the mail. Very unhappy.
