"This company is based and ships out of Israel. NOT A USA Company. The address listed on my cc receipt is to a Pack and Ship store - 954 Lexington Ave New York, NY ******* NO legit company lists their address as a Pack and Ship store. Communication from customer service is canned responses. The production time listed on the website is a joke! After you order they tack on a couple production days and add a couple "quality assurance" days to account for the delayed International shipping time. DO NOT PAY for Express shipping! Total scam! I don't know how this company is in business? All the reviews are fake!"
When reading about the time it takes to produce and ship your glasses, go ahead and ADD 3 DAYS to the maximum of EACH step of the process. They are unable to keep any commitment to timelines or schedules. I've given them the grace of not including weekends. Even after that, ONE MONTH from placing the order to delivery is to be expected. They have an attitude that is definitely NOT CUSTOMER CENTRIC. The last rep I spoke with THREATENED me with cancelling my order. NOT an AMERICAN company like the name suggests. They are ISRAELI. I'm Jewish, and even they reinforce all the negative stereotypes.

Bought Oakley prescription sunglasses and the lense popped out the second day. Put in back in and the next time I wore them it fell out, hit the ground and chipped. Called to get replacement since they were defective and since we bought the warranty and they said that we had to pay $30 for replacement even though they were defective from the beginning.
Customer service sent email stating they would send return label with new pair to return old pair. They did not, called twice and they still won't.
Will not buy from them ever again.

When I called them, they said I could have 50% off of another pair even though the frames were warranted for one year. Coating peeled off on the ear pieces. See photos.

I have been wearing prescription glasses for almost 60 years and never had a pair break in less than 2 months. They state they have a "365 day warranty", except that the warranty is only a 50% off coupon that you can only use to purchase something else from them. Why would anyone want to buy another product from them, even at half price, if they have received a defective piece of crap the first time? Customer service only provides canned, generic responses. More than likely computer generated and not real people since it is always someone different that responds to email. I should have known better with all the coupons they throw at you to get your business, but then only let you use one per purchase. So then you have to figure out which one gives you the best deal. Pay the extra dollars and go to a local frame shop. Most places stand behind their product.
BTW - Glasses "USA" is based in Israel. Last I checked Israel was not a US state or territory.

Let me start by saying that the glasses I ordered were not cheap. I paid a total of $312.01. I ordered my glasses on 07-10-2020. I received an email on 07-12-2020 saying that my prescription has been received, and that I should get my glasses within 6 business days. So far, this is all OK and normal.
I waited for about 2 weeks, and there was no update. I called them, and the agent said she would look into it, and I that I should receive an email within two business days. Nothing happened! She obviously didn't look into it! I called again a week later, and again, nothing happened. I called again a few days later, and STILL... NOTHING! I eventually received an email on 08-13-2020 (more than a month later! WTF) stating that they no longer have the frame that I requested, and they had the audacity to ask me to pay $25 extra for a different frame that they had in stock! I mean, if you are THAT late, and you don't have the frame I ordered, you should at least apologize and offer a better frame for a cheaper price! At that point. I just decided to cancel my order, because they don't deserve a single PENNY from me. This is unprofessional, no one handles their business like this.

I was nervous from reading reviews. But price for 2 pairs of glasses was great. Easy upload of prescription, updates via email during production. Took 3 weeks but I got my order with no problems. I personally am very happy. Unsure of why there is so many negative reviews
I attempted to order two pairs of glasses and paid for expedited shipping. They didn't ship for over two weeks and then never arrived when they supposedly were sent. I contacted support and heard nothing after multiple emails over two weeks. Eventually someone responded saying "we are working to reproduce your glasses and send them ASAP" after which I heard nothing. I've emailed them multiple times and there has been no response or refund. Stay clear of them.

I Ordered glasses fro Glasses USA, the value was there. But on their website stated delivery 6 -10 days. My order has been in there hands now 14 days. When I call Customer service. They reply that my order is still in production. Maybe a good product If I ever get it. I will neve do business with this company again.

2 orders and nothing but trouble with both. I ordered an upgraded lens package on my first order, and then checked the status for 3 weeks to see what the hold up on delivery was. The lens package they sold me wasn't available and nobody decided to let me know. The next order shows "in stock", you find the glasses you love, place the order, the next day they tell you the frame is out of stock and to select another, then next day, that replacement one is out of stock. This went on for days, so why are they advertising glasses they don't have? Today, my original frame is "in stock" according to their website, call them to place the order, told it's not in stock. Bait and switch at its finest. Was just on hold for 32 minutes waiting for a supervisor, never came to the phone. Customer service is terrible, do not recommend at all.

After 1 1/2 of ordering and paying for my order of glasses, I still haven't received my glasses
"they are in production... äpologize for the delay... you will get an email...".
Their promise is a 6-8 days delivery. It's not true.

I call and they tell me I will get am update from the shipping department and nothing we ordered the glasses in May and they cannot give me an answer to what happened to my sons order. Frustrating... There customer service is a joke they should be able to give me an answer right away.

On their website they specifically show an item called "Gaming blue light blocking glasses" and show an image that makes the buyer believe that they are purchasing amber tinted glasses to use while on the computer. When placing an order, there is an option to "add on" blue light blocking. It is very misleading and confusing as the item is already priced fairly high. They make you think you're already getting amber tinted glasses but the only way you can get them is to pay even more with the add on package. I ordered without the add on package and received literally just the frames. Still paying the high price, and still seeing the amber tinted glasses on the website. There is no strong indication that you will get these glasses without the amber tinting unless you purchase the add on package. It is blatant lying and a huge waste of peoples time. Now they are making the return process difficult by not answering me on the phone and ignoring my emails. For such a large company I am surprised there are so many issues.

I ordered a pair of glasses for myself on July 28th. I am a student and this website offered discounts and affordable prices, all things attractive for a student budget!
A few days after ordering I was given a tracking number that never worked. I reached out on 2 separate occasions for an update, and was told I would be responded to in 24-48 hours. I NEVER WAS!
Today I reached out again expressing how upset I was only to be told my package was lost! If they knew why did they not email and reach out to me so we could find a solution.
The rep afterwards did not offer a solution (horrible), I had to ask him," so what now? Can I have a refund?" He then said they would have to process my request to let me know if I can get a refund and I would hear back in 24-48 hours (again the same nonsense).
What do you mean they have to determine if I can get a refund?! THEY LOST MY PACKAGE AND NEVER COMMUNICATED WITH ME! And it's not as if I'm an international order for tracking confusion, I am right here in North America.
Horrible Horrible site and I wish I read these reviews before ordering.If I do not get my money back I will be filing a fraud investigation with my bank because these people are unreliable and have no consideration for people's money.

I was sent a public message saying the tracking had been sent to me but it never was! Glasses USA do not lie to try to save your image. Thankfully the bank refunded me my money :)

Do not order from this company! They promise you will be updated on progress of your order and you will not be. They promised 6 business days to complete the order it took twice that. I paid for the fastest shipping and it has been 6 days since it shipped and they can't even give me a tracking number.

Ordered my glasses on 7/3/2020, after talking to customer service before ordering, (QUOTE) 2 days to get to production, 6 days in production (multifocal) and depending on your method on shipping, which i choose express shipping, 3 to 5 days, (UNQUOTE). Which should equal two weeks or less... my glasses didn't even reach production until 7/15/2020 and weren't shipped until 7/28/2020, after many conversations with the so called customer support, could not get a tracking #, but finally received one, by USPS Parcel Select Lightweight--
USPS Tracking, which is the slowest method of shipping, finally received my glasses on 8/8/2020, WOW more than 12 days! Not only that they don't wont to refund my money for express shipping. But on a good note my glasses are great, prescription is perfect. But everything else suxs. Will not buy from them again. My rating is a BIG FAT - 3

I ordered new glasses 6/16/2020. Took more than a month to receive the glasses. When they arrive there was a prescription card of the manufactured glasses, not my prescription no where near. I sent the glasses back. After two more weeks they said the return was not received. I verified delivery was a week earlier. They had no idea that they had my return. Waited a week and called again to check on new glasses, still was with returns department no new order. I got aggressive, they told me the frames were not available. Asked what happened to my original frame, responded that they were with returns processing. Selected new frames, two weeks ago, still saying that the replacements are with returns and would contact me when ready to ship. More than two months have passed. Terrible service. Worse delivery.

EYEGLASS PRESCRIPTION POSITIVE CYLINDER CONVERSION
Ophthalmologists and a few older optometrists (different types of eye doctors) write astigmatism prescriptions with positive (+) cylinders. This is because many years ago the instruments used to measure and cut lenses were only able to do so in positive increments.
Nowadays the majority of labs, including ours, cut lenses in the negative (-), and require that any positive (+) cylinder prescriptions be converted into the negative (-) equivalent. Rest assured this conversion does not alter the type or quality of the vision correction that your doctor prescribed you. The conversion will affect (change) the SPH, CYL, and AX parameters in your prescription, but will result in the exact same vision correction you were fit for by your doctor. We automatically perform this conversion if the prescription you enter is written with a positive (+) cylinder.
Your glasses were crafted according to the prescription you had entered on the order form.

I was a bit scared to order from here due to the reviews saying it takes a really long time for your glasses to be delivered like months or something. However, since Alpha M on youtube sponsored it a while back, I trusted it. I ordered a pair. I selected the express shipping (only extra $10) because I did not want to take a chance with the delivery time and because the total price is so much cheaper than everywhere else.
Since it starts out in Thailand, they work on weekends which is good for us Americans. I put in the order on Jul 31. Received them on Aug 10. I did add the diamond package to my glasses so it totaled to about $200 (which I wonder if that played a part in their prioritization, as well as adding to the arrival time from all the upgrades)
The only slight complaint I have is that the tracking is a bit slow. It was stuck on delivery updates for Aug 4 for 2 days, even though afterwards when it updated it showed it was traveling during these times. It was being built and all that, but it was a bit scary not having the status updates updated, given the complaints of the business being shady.
Overall, I would 100% order from here again.
It has been two weeks and no update on either of my two orders. Customer service has given me the runaround and the website simply doesn't let me input my order information on either desktop or mobile. This website is a scam. I understand delays with what's going on but lack of customer service is too much. I give it one star solely because it's the lowest rating possible.

Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
