While the glasses took a while to come because of the busy holiday shipping season, when they came, I was very excited. I had found an inexpensive way to replace my favorite glasses frame. The eyeglass store I usually go to was able to quickly take the lenses from the broken pair and put them in the new pair. Communication and follow-up has been good from this company. I'll be a repeat customer in the future.
I am in the process of returning my frames that I had sent to me so I can try them on. The purchase date was 11/5, they didn't even ship out the frames until 11/15. I finally received them on 11/20. Submitted the return within a week of getting them. I finally got confirmation that they received my return on 12/5 and I still have yet to receive my refund, and it is now 12/17. I'm not going to shop here again. It's just too slow and there's so many other online retailers that have faster service

From start to finish the process was easy. I sent a new frame with clear lens, entered all my information and in about 3 weeks I received my beautiful glasses. The glasses fit perfectly and look great. So happy I found Eyeglasses.com. Thank you so much.
Would like more information on how to submit to an insurance or how to add insurance to profile. other than that it was easy. However when I choose next day shipping I expect it to ship in 24-48 hours, not take 5 days to process without some sort of communication of either the items not in stock, not found or even given a general idea of how orders are completed.

Several things could be done to make finding frames easier. Sorting by available color would have been great since I was specifically looking for blue frames. Also, several descriptions did not say if the frames had spring hinges (mandatory for me).
Always excellent selection and the best options for lens. I rely on eyeglasses for the lens as they allow me to select the exact levels of quality.

I tried to use your site on my android which was difficult. I also don't like applying my Aetna insurance to the purchase, having to pay up front. No good.

Good job on doing my drill mount lenses, nice and tight position of holes. They did not return old lenses, which I would have liked to keep as lens shape models however, even though I enclosed a note asking for them to be returned.

This is my second order this month. My first was for prescription sunglasses. The lense cut is great. The tint was lighter than expected. Customer service said no problem getting the lenses tinted darker. Great service so far.

I've ordered glasses from you in the past and was happy with my glasses. Delivery time was a little longer than I expected, but hey I'm in Hawaii, I get it! The only thing that delayed the ordering process was getting to the checkout from the last screen. It took some time before I found the small "check box" in the top left part of the field. You might want to do something to draw better attention to it (a blinking red dot perhaps.)
Ordered Sunglasses July 30th 2020. It is now August 13th 2020 and I have heard nothing. My emails are not responded to and I have tried many times. Left message on their voice mail and no one will answer their phone. Will NOT be buying from this company again. Would give it minus stars if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I'm a first time eyeglasses wearer. The whole experience filling my prescription went much easier than expected. They were able to use frames which I already owned and placed my new lenses in very short order and the cost was substantially less than expected. I also received great customer service when I need to speak directly to the company.
Order management and and customer communications needs to be improved upon. Product price is excellent. Product quality is excellent. 3 out of 2 isn't bad. But customers will go somewhere else if they can match quality and price with better customer service.
Looked for and found the style of glasses I wanted. Very good variety and selection.
Ordered progressive high index lenses (I require huge correction) August 2023 giving all details necessary.
Got new lenses end of August, wore for a couple weeks noticing the necessary the distance correction was poor. Thought okay give it some time, drop in local frame shops checking fit, all aspects of fit are fine. Finally called several times never reaching a person, left ph no. & mssg needing to either check Rx or re-do lenses. Left 3,4 mssgs. Got an e-mail saying rec'd mssg, but no plan! It is an inconvenience to start w/ Im ordering lenses bc old pair Im wearing are broken& taped up. So again to be w/out glasses that aren't broken is s pain. NEVER ONCE GET A MESSAGE BACK OR A CALL OR INSTRUCTIONS. THEY'VE BEEN PAID. DONE! Poor poor quality & customer svc.

I'm still evaluating my new glasses. The left side temple is making my ear sore and I keep making adjustments to the plastic tip to see if it helps.
I was offered 15% off and given a coupon code if I gave my email and phone number to be bothered with texts and emailed I Gabe my information bit was not given the discount.
The process of selecting the correct lenses was a bit confusing since there were additional options that needed to be processed before the order for the lenses was complete. Also, at first it looked like the cost of the lenses was for the upgrades it suggested as opposed to the base price for the lenses themselves. It would be nice to have something indicating what the base price of the economy lenses is right off the bat.
The first time I received my glasses the prescription lenses were completely wrong. The prescription was too strong and I couldn't wear them. I sent them back it took almost a week for them to receive them. But once they did receive them the turnaround time was really quick the second time. And I got them about 4 days after my glasses were received by eyeglasses.com. The second time I received them the prescription lenses were correct. However I need to take them somewhere to have the earpieces adjusted because they're uncomfortable when they sit on my ears and are rubbing and causing irritation.
Package arrived really quickly. Glasses were just as how I expected them to be. I'm really happy with my puchase and will be ordering from this company again.
