Stole $193 dollars from me by talking me out of refund and issuing a credit that expired. Ordered 2 pair, one worked, and other didn't. Sent bad pair back for refund and they called and persuaded me to get store credit. Well that was a mistake!! Loss the money cuz credit expired after 90 days....RIP off! And the pair of glasses I did keep ended up stretching and fitting lopsided with 2 months...very low quality frames.
