I'll keep it simple. I have had nothing but problem reaching and doing business with Glasses USA. The order came wrong. The customer service is non-existent. They don't return my email. The live person could do nothing but forward it to someone else. My glasses are still not here. 2 MONTHS +
I am beyond annoyed.

Zenni made my glasses wrong. Made me wait on the phone for an hour. Made me mail them back. Then tried to tell me they were made correctly. Then refused to refund me the money. Zenni actually told me to take a store credit and try again. I had bought a pair of Progressive glasses from an optician that work GREAT. I needed a backup pair for the Corona Virus Quarantine as I am working from home and the Optician is closed. I sent Zenni the exact prescription (even a photo of the prescription). The glasses do not work. Zenni made them wrong, then denied it, and only offered me 50% back. This should be illegal. I will never use Zenni again. It's a scam. It's a rip-off. At least it feels that way to me. Just give me back my money so I can start over with a more reputable firm. Mitch D. -Tarzana, CA

We will confirm that when glasses are returned to us to be inspected and the results indicate that the glasses were manufactured incorrectly, Zenni will remake the glasses. However, when no errors are found, the customer is given the option to have the glasses returned to them or to accept either 50% refund to their credit card or 100% store credit, which excludes the shipping fee. We are truly sorry that you were not happy with your progressive lenses. We are also sorry that you were not satisfied with the results of our inspection, which indicated that there were no errors found in the glasses. If you would like us to review your case and try again to come to a resolution with which you will be satisfied, please provide your order number via private message on this review site and we will respond within 72 hours. We hope to resolve this matter to your satisfaction, and we look forward to your reply.
