Zenni made my glasses wrong. Made me wait on the phone for an hour. Made me mail them back. Then tried to tell me they were made correctly. Then refused to refund me the money. Zenni actually told me to take a store credit and try again. I had bought a pair of Progressive glasses from an optician that work GREAT. I needed a backup pair for the Corona Virus Quarantine as I am working from home and the Optician is closed. I sent Zenni the exact prescription (even a photo of the prescription). The glasses do not work. Zenni made them wrong, then denied it, and only offered me 50% back. This should be illegal. I will never use Zenni again. It's a scam. It's a rip-off. At least it feels that way to me. Just give me back my money so I can start over with a more reputable firm. Mitch D. -Tarzana, CA
