I am very satisfied with my 2 prescriptions purchased in December 2025. High quality frames and lens also great glasses cases. The delivery was faster! I will highly recomended it to a friends and already have another purchase on my whish list.

When I call they are always very helpful and resolve the issue or answer my questions promptly. On my last order, my sunglasses were too small. I tried them on Virtually and looked at the reviews and the pictures of others wearing them and they didn't look small at all. So I don't know what happened, but when I called about it, they were VERY helpful in replacing them right away. My only comment is about Purolator only. The Purolator delivery person didn't even bother to come into our Condo building to deliver the box of 3 pair of glasses. They left them in the entrance way, where we were warned by our Condo Management to be careful that packages that might be left there, because they were getting stolen. Thankfully a neighbor found the box before anyone could steal it and brought it up to us. So, I was only disappointed in Purolator.

I like the timing and delivery. The lens is a progressive lens. The quality is not the best.
I have other glasses purchased through this company and am not 100 percent happy with the progressive lens either. I thought this time it might be better but this will probably be the last pair I buy through this company.

No matter the issue they are polite never make you feel like you lying by asking loads of questions, you just explain and they resolve the problem.

After the order adjustment, the glasses were delivered on a timely manner. However, originally the order status said someone reached out to me, I've never heard from anyone nor got an email. This was very confusing.

Got the product fast and all seemed good. Until today when pushing them back on my nose I hear a click and upond investigation found not ear "pads " on the frame are loose and move an 1/8". Will be investigating how to address with the company.

Once receiving the prescription it was easy to enter the information and get exactly what I needed. My first experience ordering glasses online, and the experience was seamless. They fit just as it showed they would and the progressive lenses were perfect.

Good and smooth experience in buying the glasses online. The size can become an issue but that's the drawback buying it online.

I selected order by prescription because prescription is fairly heavy. I then selected several frames and lens and gradually eliminated glasses I did not want. The order was accepted and a little over a week later I had my glasses with no issues.

The website was easy to use. I loved being able to try the frame on my face live not all online glasses providers have that kind of functionality. Some require you to upload a picture which is super annoying. Also found the frames came within a reasonable amount of time and found the quality excellent for the price.

My eyebuy direct purchase was ok. It was easy to order and delivery was pretty quick, however the glasses are loose and the transition part is not as dark as I would like it to be.
