My eyebuy direct purchase was ok. It was easy to order and delivery was pretty quick, however the glasses are loose and the transition part is not as dark as I would like it to be.

Fast service, affordable, more so than competitors I considered. If I made the frame choice in person, it will likely be a bit different but its still good as a back up pair.

I adjust the arms about 3 times per day, so my glasses don't slip off of my nose and they are hard to clean. The positive is they are very light weight, but I'm not sure if this is a good thing, or if this is why they don't stay on my face either. I also adjusted the nose piece, nothing helped. I have to go to my local optometrist to order a better pair. :(

I ordered 2 pairs and I will say that the site was very user friendly. This is my first time purchasing eyeware online so I was only half expecting to be satisfied. I was not surprised. The one pair fits nicely but the second pair I cannot wear at all. The first pair is comfortable but the second pair does not sit nicely on the bridge of my nose and is quite uncomfortable. The prescription is fairly accurate with the first pair but because of the fit on the second pair the dual prescription does not sit right with my eyes.
I may think of trying again but not sure at this point.

This is the 4th pair of glasses I buy from you and I count on being a looong time client. Love how easy it is to order, choose and pay. Such a change from the in-house experience of going to a store where it seems you're going through a medical treatment with the fussing and the waiting. Thanks for making my life easier.

The site was confusing at first. Once you learn how to use the filter features it helps. I'm satisfied with the frames I bought, Now we'll see how long they last.

I'm a 75 yr old lady who was extremely hesitant of getting my eye prescription online. I have to explain that I have a very complex prescription. I first started out with only my single vision glasses. All went perfectly! They were even very helpful when i didn't like the frame and more than willing to replace it. So i got really brave and tried them for my progressive glasses, which also went extremely well, much to my amazement!

Was quoted $221 at 1st time but they needed to upgrade the lenses which then upped the price to $344,,
A little pricey I thought for mail order but OK,,
Glasses arrived and are great,,
Checked CC statement and found I was charged both $221 and $344,,
Was told the $344 was just for a lens upgrade so over$550 for the pair.

I had ordered online for two pieces of glasses. Both of them arrived in time with good condition. I am using them now - perfect size and nice outlook. I am pleased.

I loved my new glasses, the prescription was perfectly handled. Unfortunately I discovered I had a personal issue with the model I had chosen. I approached the service department. They offered me new eyeglasses which I received today. You can't go wrong with this company for the workmanship, for their trustworthiness and for a fantastic service. I even got $14.00 refund since the new frame were slightly less expensive. I am thrilled with my experience. I definetely will buy from eyebuydirect in the future.

I already did send you a review quite a few days ago... basically I can see wonderfully out of the glasses... but they were nothing like what I expected... As it turns out they look terrible on me... but because I had broken my previous ones and needed an upgrade to my prescription I am keeping them... I will have to save up to get a new pair... It was the "colour" and pattern on the virtual trial that were not true to the actual glasses frames... I thought they were a medium blue and they appear completely black... Anyway... it is what it is and I will choose practicality over vanity! I love all the fantastic styles... but I just need to try them I guess... I don't want to give a negative review because I think it may be just the specific frames I chose...
