Easy ordering, but I forgot to add my discount code. I sent a message and they added the discount asap. The glasses were surprisingly good quality & my husband loved them. I will be ordering again.

The original prescription was submitted with two wrong values. I believe that this was my mistake. Following my submission of a second prescription through the online form I received a second pair of glasses that are perfect and I am enjoying wearing them very much.

It is 4:00PM CST on December 31/2024. There was no live chat, or someone to talk too when I needed help with my PD question. Fortunately Zenni had a digital ruler available and it answered my question. Please get a digital ruler or have someone around 24/7 as claimed.

It was good. BTW, Canadian shoppers don't get a chance for 4 payments through PayPal.
Also, you should seriously consider Affirm.

Over the years I've purchsed 5-6 sets of glasses on-line (never contacts) The page is intuitive easy to navigate adequate number of choices. I do wish that some 'antique designs' were available (I'm antique myself) otherwise totally satisfied.

I found the buying process to be a little frustrating. The website would lock up and there were very few options for frames in my size. The virtual chat was confusing and they disconnected before I was finished getting help. However, I'm very pleased with my progressive glasses. They fit right out of the box and my vision is clear for distance and reading. And at less than $300, they're a great value.

Site is easy to manage, the prices were pretty good, but there was only a select few for my PD size that were also progressives compatible. After a lot of communication with customer service, I finally selected a pair which was $25 more and I received my glasses quickly and unfortunately they were too big. I contacted them once more. They refunded my money and told me to keep the glasses or donate them. It was a fuss free refund.

This long time customer was shocked to find the company does not honor it's "easy return process". I requested a return on a pair of frames that simply did not fit my nose upon delivery, and was given the runaround. They would not let me return for a refund after multiple rounds of emails, ignoring my request and information again and again. They responded to every return request with an exchange and upsell offer, refusing to even say the word return or refund. Initially I would have considered an exchange for a different pair as an option, however it was never presented as a choice but the ONLY avenue I could have. They have lost this customer, I don't even want to use up my member points by the way they don't even honor their own policy.

Selection is poor for certain cheaper selections. Rejection is never revealed until after selecting recommended frames and selecting lenses. Then you have to start over with recommended frame selections only to get rejected after the process.

Challenges on site, unable to get picture to load on computer, tried two different browsers, couldn't get it to work on the computer, went to the phone. Kept going back to initial page (kicked me right out) rather than back one page, didn't accept the parameters put in when there were several, went back and put in only one and it seems to work better. Not easy to make it all work, that's for sure.

Easy peasy, the customer service was amazing after my husband's glasses broke one week after receiving it. We got a replacement, no cost, only shipping.

Yeah, it was easy enough to order. The glasses are good except the nose bridge pieces are very loose and rattle quite a bit. I'm nervous they will fall off.
