So far it has been great. I would have given 5 stars except for when you are trying on different frames and go back to the list, it always starts at the top of the page instead of where you left off. Kind of anoying.

Website wasn't working properly at first. I couldn't try things on. Then when entering my prescription information it kept erasing my info before I could save it.

Finally made order and had to immediately call to change part of address to not include PO Box (that part auto filled and I didn't see it). They said they removed it but then after waiting for over 2 weeks was told that purolator doesn't deliver to rural addresses or PO boxes. THAT WAS WHY I CALLED TO HAVE THEM FIX THAT PO BOX. Plus purolator DOES deliver to rural areas because I see them all the time. Agent told me that he could offer me % off in case I do actually receive the glasses. Ummm the glasses were never even sent according to him or the website. Plus it took me contacting them a handful of times BEFORE they even told me there was an issue ans they wouldn't be sent. So I asked for refund because I absolutely need my new prescription. Now I have gone extra weeks of bad headaches because I'm wearing a prescription that is no longer suitable for my eyes. I wanted this to work so badly because I find that they have some of the nicest frames for progressive lenses at very reasonable prices. Now I have had to go to zenni who doesn't have nearly as nice frames for me. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about all of this.

My connection was with Sherwin...he was thorough on his questions and even had me do an upgrade of the lenses...

My PD was 65/61 but could not enter it at way. I'm not an eye doctor so I do not know how much that will make a difference

I have a low nosebridge so these glasses are okay, they still sit kind of close to my eyes but otherwise stay put even when I move.

TheThe first pair of glasses that they sent me where completely wrong. They sente me another pair and they are not very good. I can't see well from far.

Got a Bogo on the same pair. My grandma keeps losing hers, so now we have almost identical back- ups for a fraction of the cost. Perfect.

J'ai commandé 2 a sire de lunettes et les verres nos sont pas a ma vue ils ont demandé une photo avec les lunettes que j'ai envoyé et ils on envoyé un une seul autre paire même pas la bonne couleur et les verres ne sont pas encore correcte.

What a piece of $#*! supplier and product!
Firstly, their product is garbage. I've bought 3 pair of glasses from them and two of the three have broken at the exact same point, simply while removing the glasses from my head. Then when I try to contact them on their own website to (hopefully) resolve it, their own online submission form fails - every time. I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years - I get the concept. In fact, I've never broken a pair of glasses in my entire life, except for 2 of the 3 pair from eyebuydirect. This most recent pair broke after less than 8 months of use, while travelling and forcing me to pay for an emergency repair. I can only assume the 3rd pair will do the same thing. So, if you want a pair of glasses that will last more than 8 months (considering most extended benefits only pay glasses once every 2 years), use anyone but eyebuydirect. Useless.
