Be prepared to wait a LONG time. Oh and also not get a proper response on when you'll be getting them.
I have been waiting since September. Just last night they said they delivered in October... um no they didn't and they asked if I filed a claim with the carrier? What that's not my job you clowns and FYI when u try to speak to someone in customer service be advised that your touted to the Philippines where they have no way of contacting anyone to help u except via email. I tried reaching out on social media telling my concerns only to be blocked. No! Just fun away as fast as you can

Hard to say as they lose orders. I am still wearing an old pair and by the time I get new glasses from them it will be almost time for a new prescription. I'd suggest since things are opening up, go to a regular store and don't bother with these people.
Don't be3 ANYTHING told to you by glassesusa. It can take months if you are lucky. Most people never receive them
From the day I placed the order too on the day they arrived in the mail. That was a total of 15 days.
Generally, the phone reps are useless for actually resolving anything, and the emails just get boilerplate responses. Try "Chat." It got me my refund this morning after a short turnaround.
I ordered mine may 16,2020. Got an email today June 19, they lost 1 pair and still no word on the other. I had to put in a request for a refund. Ridiculous.
It depends on the shipping method. I got mine in 8 days using express shipping. They ship from overseas.
