I have often ordered Gearbest and has always been satisfied. Great clear side and very low prices. What I like most the delivery time. I often buy abroad and often wait up to 3 months on deliveries. In Gearbest so far all came on after about 2 weeks. I think that's a record time. I am happy to continue in order Gearbest.

Worst load of liars I ever dealt with, they shame themselves, China and retail as a whole.

If all goes well fine, if you need something changing because it arrives faulty or damaged, forget it, they got your money and couldn't care less.

Try using one of the discount codes they give you, the price goes up that amount as you add it, then back to the site price before you pay, nothing for nothing.

I have ordered an action cam from this store. Order No. W**************. The contact with seller was great, they quick answer for all my questions. Shipping was fast, and packaged carefully. The product was exactly as shown on page. I would recommend this shop and for sure I will return to buy here other goods.

I ordered three products that came in two packages. One of them was back ordered due to being out of stock after I ordered it. However the live chat agents were very helpful and immediately offered me a refund that I took and was able to order another product within a few minutes. Shipping took less than the time that was estimated by the website which surprised me and it was a good experience.

Bought a pre-sale phone a week before availability!
Day came to ship it, they don't have it in stock.
Told to wait another week or two.
If I hadn't cancelled it would have been at least a month to receive my order.
UNACCEPTABLE!

I received a reply from gearbest stating how sorry they were, and was going to send me 15 usd for my trouble.
So I thought well if they do that I will retract my review, but that too was a lie!
I had to open a dispute with Paypal to receive a refund!

Do not trust all reviews around for Gearbest, since they are manipulated.

Customers sometimes receive an invitation to write reviews in exchange for points. Those points can be used to buy items for a reduced price though.

I'm pretty satisfied with my experience with Gearbest. The orders i got were always in the said condition, original, and the shipping is between the expected time. Hope to see more vape items (vape bands, driptips, covers for box mods) available to buy, as there's always a public for it. Other than that, fully recommended.

Free shipping my $#*!! I thought I had a good deal buying an actioncamera for under 75 euro. I had to pay 40 euro's extra for import taxes because they ship from China! I complained and got nothing. Apparently it says on they policy. What a load of crap! You know I'm ordering from Europe, you know what I have to pay extra. Put it in the price! That's what you also do with every other costs I have to pay. Worst buy EVER! I hope no one orders anymore and they go bankrupt!
