I'm from México. The first time I bought it, I was afraid that my orders would not come to me. But really they have never failed me, even if there was some problem with my products, they were responsible for making their guarantees valid. I am totally satisfied.
The first time I ordered I used my credit card. They sent me an email asking for a picture of my ID and credit card. Of course I refused and asked a refund which was sent rather quickly.
Then I tried another order using Paypal. The tracking number they gave me was invalid and the customer service was completely useless when I told them. But nonetheless, I am happy to report that I have received my item today (12 business days after the order) in perfect shape!
So I must admit they do what they say. I cannot understand for the life of me why they asked me for the pictures. It's really strange and seems to say the least shady.
Bottom line: Use Paypal, ignore the terrible customer service and you should receive your item.
I use Gearbest for many years, for the good quality and low prices, and most of my orders are delivered with no problem. They processed and shipped the products the same day, and arrived fast in very good condition, as described. If there is any problem they have good customer service. I always recommend it.
I ordered on Nov 27, never wait "so long" due to the Xmas period and lot of orders on the site, and it takes just 1 month.
All products was perfect, quality stuff. I bought a vape mechanical mod, 3 atomizers and accessories for just 65 euros. Super!
I ordered this console with priority delivery. In the information about delivery it was written that you have to wait 10-18 days, but the console reached me (To Poland) in 9 days! I am very happy with the item, I can play classics games from old consoles (NES, GBA), etc. I did not think that such consoles existed at all. I am glad that I came across gearbest.com. For 52 $ it is worth buying! I recommend to all who are retro fans and want to return to those wonderful years!:)

They are a incredible trustworthy Chinese site. You can buy quality products for a really good price, better than any other western site, but with the trustability of the biggest western sites like Amazon. I already tried they warranty policy more than one time and it always worked flawlessly. I absolutely recommend them as the best e-commerce, regarding price and overall experience.

First robot hoover broke within frustration few weeks of delivery (which was slow)
It was eventually replaced after a lot of reluctance from Gearbest customer service.
The replacement took months to arrive
The replacement hoover has broken only four months later
Gearbest have finally agreed a refund refusing to pay postage which is international and expensive.

Great website, i received quality items with free shipping within a fortnight from china and i live in Australia! It would usually take a month or 2 from ebay and even then i might have to pay postage.
The prices are fantastic and quality on par with ebay, i am glad i found this website and will happily continue to use them.
I ordered from gearbest several times now and I must say, it's always nice shopping at Gearbest. They have a wide range of products for very low prices and also provide PayPal as paying otion. For my surprise the quality overall was very good even at those low prices.
Free Shipping was provided for me every time I ordered until now and it always arrived about 2-3 weeks after placing the order.
Some last words about their Customer service and refund: One time an item arrived not working. I contacted the customer service and within some hours they contacted me asking if I would like to get refund of my money or order a new item. The refund was done via PayPal within one week by Gearbest.
So far, i have had several orders from the GearBest. Fortunately, all of my orders were during the flash sale. In comparison to the other similar sites, which have the same product, the price from the GearBest was the best. Moreover, the delivery for all of my products was on time. Well, I've recently brought a few products on the solar powered light for my garden. They've worked pretty well so far.
Further with regards to the support from gearbest, well the customer care has not taken more than a day for a reply and has given good support after purchase as well. So I would recommend gearbest to anyone of my friends.
I ordered from GearBest about 1 month ago, they are not properly responding to my email and question I have sent them. They are taking so long, on their page, it says in stock but, in reality, it is out of stock. Then they make you wait even though it says in stock and also says shipping within 3 to 5 days.

Never a single time I had any shipping problems, which is amazing to me considering that it's across half of the world from China to the US. My experience with them was always a good one. Bought one item at a time, payed using PayPal, no issues. I contacted their customer service a few times to ask about an order that wasn't shipped yet, before their New Year and they shipped it faster. So, overall, I'm pleased with their services so far. Didn't have to return any items yet, everything was good.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
