I'm going to make a claim for your website on the police office post web because this is second time for me. I don't want to think about million people that order from this sheet site.

Really easy and convenient to buy from Gearbest. Tons of innovative products, true to descriptions, they arrive intact and within reasonable time period. They will address any problem fast and always resolve it. Really happy with purchases.

I want to share my experience about using GearBest because I really enjoy this shop. Being honest, 2 years ago I was a big fan of AliExpress. BUT now I use only GearBest! Main pros is that products are high-quality, there are no fake products but the price is low. What I liked the most is special delivery to Ukraine. Nova Poshta(Ukrainian priority line) delivers my orders by courier to my home.

It's really hard, for me, to surf on gearbest without spending some money on the excellent kinds of stuff the sell! The price is very good and their support help you with everything you need. Really appreciated!

Since I met Gearbest, they're the fist website that I look up when I'm plannig to buy something, as they're a store, and we don't have to worry about buying from various "sellers". The safety of the purchase is nice, don't need international credit cards to buy and offers insurance on all orders. Following by the price that is very competitive, i prefer them.
So far I didn't had any problems with my orders.
I suggest give it a try.

I bought an electric bike and after 11 months it stopped working.
I contacted both the seller (Niubility store) and Gearbest to open an RMA to repair the bike because it's still under warranty, and I sent them the video of the issue, but it's one month they are just kidding me, always postponing the solution of the problem.
It's clear that they have no intention to honour the warranty, their goal is to make you wasting your time until you give up.
I do not recommend this website at all.

This is the worst service I've ever paid for. It's actually a scam, basically. I ordered Xiaomi Airdots 3 months ago. Still waiting for them.

Gearbests doesn't answer to any of my messages. They'll reply to this bad review saying that they sent me a tracking number. This tracking number clearly says that my order has been returned to China, without any attempt of delivery.

I strongly advice you to stay away from this website.

I started shopping at GearBest.com long time ago, after I've had a few problems with orders at Aliexpress.com. Since then I have never received faulty item, wrong color, etc. Everything is fine, no missing accessories, every item works as intended. One of my last items I ordered at GearBest.com, which I am especially happy with is a Skilhunt H03 headlight. I use it every day, it's great!

I had some issues in the past with orders during the busy holiday seasons, but I must say the last transactions worked pefectly. Good price, fast delivery(expedited delivery for 2 dollars extra delivered within a week).
After a few weeks my new tablet crashed/broke permanently. Support was excellent. Reordered the item and got a refund after they received the defective item.

I hope they can keep this level of service up during the holiday seasons.

The basic one is the opportunity of secure payment via Paypal that sometimes deprived of other shops.

Shopping at gearbest has been a very pleasant experience due to vast range products that are offered at cheap prices as well as due to their amazing support. Its the best place for anyone to shop if they want to get a bang for their buck. Most of the products are reasonably priced and the best part is that they offer extremely cheap shipping (approximately 0.27$). Shipping time is not very fast but its pretty acceptable since how cheap the shipping cost is. I have personally ordered some products which came In perfect condition. I had some doubts regarding my order and my ticket was solved within 24hrs which is great as well. I would recommend everyone to shop on this site :)

Stay away from this site! Non existing support once you make payment, extra slow shipping, ordered items are not shipped because out of stock (which was not out of stock during ordering and payment). Once you pay do not even try to ask for support.
Invoices are not included with shipment so if your package is stopped by your custom you will have to wait for few more days to receive invoice from gearbest. Maybe they should change their title to gearWORST?

My buying experience is very good on Gearbest, and i feel very comfortable to buy using Priority Line shipment method to Italy. I bought more than twenty technology gadgets, from smartphone to Mi Band, Cover and glass film for smartphone. Every times i had my tracking number for each shipment and i receive the package with a local Courier.
Sometimes, that there is not the same price in the page of the smartphone against the searching page because you can discover the flash sales, but you have a very accurate description of the item. I very recommend to buy on Gearbets a lot. Thanks
