I have made a lot of orders from this site (the last one on 18 May 2017 Order number: W**************). All the stuff was original and of good manufacturing quality. The shipment to my country never goes beyond 15 days, so super quick. Always paid with Pay Pal with no kinds of problem. Customer service always contacts you for asking if the whole selling experience was good (very kind and unexpected thing!).
No one forced me to write this experience report. I surely recommend this site to all my friends!

I have absolutely positive experience in shopping on Gearbest site. So, I can say about Gearbest following:
1) Support team is friendly-communicative.
2) Terms of dispatch was 1 day. Gearbest suggested fastest and cheapest way of delivery to my country.
3) Quality of packing is well enough.
4) I bought cell phone Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X. Lt is good assembled well made of qualitative materials and parts and works perfect.
5) My son is using received Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X every day and enjoying it.
6) Gearbest often arranges flash sales, gives coupons and points. So, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X costed really cheap for me.

Hello everyone! My story, I previously ordered on different sites, but always had something broken is not of good quality! But when I came across gearbest went to the site revered customer reviews and compare prices with other stores, I decided to order and a week later the stone was my premise that waited with impatience! Time pokoval and was pleasantly surprised it was of excellent quality without all defects and well packed! So now I order only gearbest is my favorite store! All thanks! TL; DR
Classic bait and switch got me in with big item on fire sale and only actually shipped items they made a huge profit on

I bought a Chinese market tablet from them happy with their price knowing what its like shipping from such a business. I order some accessories for it also a few gadgets and nick-nacks. They shipped the crap but not my big item that got me in the door or the in demand fidget spinners.

In before the robot customer service types some auto response not reading anything dirty scammers.

Even though some people believe gearbest is shady, my personal experience with them has been great so far. I want to note that their support has been very helpful when i got shipped a malfunctioning part. The part was, of course, wasn't made by gearbest, but they went so far as to refund me for my purchase and let me keep the malfunctioning item, parts of which i used in my other items. I want to be as honest and I can in this review, and that's why I would really recommend gearbest if you haven't decided to order from them yet. Items arrive relatively fast and carefully packaged, I haven't had any problems with them so far. Recommending them to you, potential buyer!

What I like about Gearbest and what distinguishes it from 'megasites' like eBay or Aliexpress is fine selection of products. Not only there are less products (complete garbage is filtered out), there is also only one seller for each.
I had some shipping issues with them prior, but all were swiftly solved by their customer support.

According to me, gearbest is best online electronics shop. Prices are always the lowest. In addition, they often have discount codes so prices are even lower. They always have a free shipping option. There is also the possibility of priority shipping by courier at a very favorable price.
Xiaomi redmi note 4x was my last order, after a week my phone was home. In summary, fast, cheap and without any problems. So next order will be put in gearbest, I would like to recommend this shop.

I love my Xinlehong 9125. This 1:10 scale rc truck is well priced for what it is: Stable, two Speed modes, 4WD with many metal parts. Water resistant. I have now three of them. Spare parts are available. My 5 year old son loves it too. We run them in Mud, snow, in the rain, in the sand. They stand all that!
