What i can say about the product? It's original power bank, passed verification on the Xiaomi website. Used this power bank for a 10+ months, it charges my THL T11 4-5 times. Great for a traveling.
What i can say about the gearbest shop? It's great! Will buy there more good stuff!

I really liked their point system! Besides the fact the are offering the lowest prices for the most of items on Internet, they give you extra credit points for the purchases, which you can spend on other purchases!
For example when I bought my Xiaomi Yi Action camera I received so many extra points so I could buy 32 Gb SD card without paying any more money. Only for points. Great system!
I ordered an item right before Chinese New Year and therefore had to wait a week. Then the item was on back-order (which they never told me) and then it finally shipped although I still don't have it almost a month after I ordered it! There is no tracking information and when I have asked for information, they just keep telling me to wait and it is on the way.
I will never order anything from GearBest again. There are many more options and companies that value their customers.

Purchased a hover board for my son before Xmas. It took over 2 months to arrive, and when it did it was defective. Doesn't work. I want to them to honour their money back warranty - but they are telling me it would cost ME too much to send it back! All they are offering to send me part... Which presumably I will have to pay someone to install, or a $30 credit! Ridiculous. I paid $329 USD! Stay away from Gearbest.com. The quality is poor and their warranty is a scam. Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
