*Old situation*:
I Ordered something 2 months ago through paypal, the information on where to deliver was also token from paypal. I asked them if they knew what went wrong a week earlier, they responded to me that there was a deadline for delivery and after that deadline they would talk to me about how to solve this issue.
I quote: 'We shipped on 25th January. Therefore your delivery deadline will expire on 25th March.
Once we receive all details above, we will offer you the right resolution for your case on this date.
Please note this timeframe is only decided by the carrier to consider the item lost. Some other providers would even use a 180-day deadline after shipment.
As a proof of goodwill, we Gearbest commit to help our customer the best we can, by resolving delivery issues as early as possible.'
Therefor, just a few days earlier, I contacted them again. They responded with the following information:
'As you can see, you have not offered us the state in your original order.
Unfortunately, it seems you have provided us with the wrong address during the checkout.
Therefore, there should be no compensation in such case. Check terms and conditions from http://www.gearbest.com/about/terms-and-conditions.html'
So, I do agree that I did not provide a state, but this was not intentional. I used paypal and I did not notice until recently that I had to option to provide two addresses. One with and one without a state (?). But both contained a zip code and country of destination (which in my eyes would be enough to deliver a package). But this is not really the thing that makes me furious.
They should have warned me about me not providing a state, they also should not go through with orders with incorrect or missing information! They could have prevented this from happening if they had validated my order before going through with it and therefor I want to warn other soon to be customers about this huge flaw this company has.
I do want to give them credit for their quick responses on my tickets, hence two stars instead of one.

I've bought 2 replacemet straps (yellow and blue) for Mi band fitness bracelet (together with Mi Band in the same order). Original Xiaomi - it's very hard to find an original ones.

I made three orders. The first of it came perfectly, but the second took a while and the third was lost. After talking to them i received good extra compensation.
Recieved defective product trying to return site says to ship back to them at my cost but there is no address listed on site. So far thier not sending me the address to send it back I think I just paid 50.00 for a paperweight. Just hear back from them they want to give me back 1/5 credit or ship back to them at my expense and pay them for half the product cost for them to ship new one to me. Please don't use them they are a shaddy company who do not back up there products.

I ordered some small items such as mobile covers and screen protectors from Gearbest.
It took the company 45 days to send a small package to Canada. Finally the package arrived and not only an item was missing, but another item was incorrectly sent!
The Gearbest complaint service was unresponsive and did not care about neither the missing or wrongly-sent item, and of course the long delay did not matter to them.
It's been 10 days since I have filed the complaint and they are just referring the message around without taking any responsibility for their lack of accuracy and clarity.

Nov 10,2015 I ordered the store gearbest batteries for your electronic cigarette (evic vtc mini) (Order No.: W**************). It was the lowest price. Cheaper is not found. I've been using chinese sites for years as they are much cheaper than my country. I had experiences with many websites and I have to admit that gearbest is one of the best if not the best site I've ever used.
They set flash-sale or flash-deal or whatever its called sometimes and you can really grab things much cheaper than other chinese sites. I had a couple of orders that way and they didnt let me down. I got my orders in time an they were pretty good for their price. Once I bought a tablet out of flash-sale and a day later it went into flash-sale. I asked them to cancel my order quickly so I can rebuy it cheaper, they did it in just 1 day so I didnt miss flashsale which was there for 2 days.
In conclusion, I'm pretty satisfied with their services and I hope it continues that way.
