I have purchased several items from them and everything has arrived faster than I expected. It usually takes 3-4 weeks for things to get to Spain but I have received items in 2-3 weeks max. Item arrived quickly in mint condition. Just have to set it up. I read reviews about folks not receiving the items but I ordered and had no problems. They are legit. They also are good at keeping you up to date of you have questions through email.

I bought an android tv video streaming unit that was advertised as with 2GB ROM and 16GB RAM flash memory. The item cam fast enough BUT it was not according to specs as the system info reads 0.97GB and 11.7GB. Worst, when I install my own apps (only 5 apps) the unit gave out-of-memory-space error and I could not even uninstall any of the bloatware pre-installed in the unit to release memory space. I launched a ticket request on the site about this product and they denied my claim stating that the unit has pre-installed apps and that was why it appeared as 0.97GB. This was not acceptable for me as 0.97GB in system info was listed as TOTAL memory instead of 2GB. And it appeared that all the apps were somehow installed into this space instead of the storage space. There was nothing in the system setup to alter anything. A factory reset did nothing either.
Long story short, I disputed the product purchase on Paypal, and they promptly removed all my records about this claim from their own website and blocked me from submitting or following-up on the case on their website (which they claimed that they would accept further proof of pictures or videos on their own complain web page). They have also removed my review of another android device (which I have given a five star review). It is clear that this online dealer is highly dubious and only wants your money. Pay with your credit card with this dubious online merchant so that you can seek a proper and prompt refund with your credit card company if you ever want to deal with them. For me, I have learned from my experience thus far the moment this merchant disabled and erase records of my dispute claim and review from their own web site! It just showed how serious this online merchant is interested in selling quality product rather than gouging your hard earned money! BTW, the warning in Trust Pilot that there has been rampant abuse by this company faking good reviews says it all. This online merchant cannot be trusted!

I bought smartphone on GearBest - Xiaomi Redmi 3 Note. Delievering takes about 3 weeks, I think it's good.

Placed 2 orders, one in February. Never received anything. I issued a ticket and received an answer with a non working tracking order. Since then impossible to contact them or issue another ticket. Very elaborate scam, not only are they able to maintain a site with fake products, but they are apparently very active on review sites by creating fake positive reviews (you will notice that you only have terrible reviews from actual customers, or "outstanding reviews" from?... Very impressive...
UPDATE: Gearbest answered my comment (below) within minutes of my posting it (yet they failed to answer me through the normal customer channel). That is ALL they do: monitor the web! PS: they answered that they don't always have tracking numbers, they must not have read thoroughly my post because... they sent me a tracking number (although phony one).

I placed an order on the 2nd of February and I still haven't received it.
I get repeated messages telling me to keep waiting, a tracking number which only provides useless information about when my parcel was in Sweden and now when I try to go to their 'support center' I get logged out of my account.
I hope someone from gearbest reads this as it would be the only way I can communicate!
UPDATE-
I fully expected the usual automated response (see below). Again, it gives no information as to the whereabouts of the item I ordered.
A refund has now been offered after this review was posted, coincidently, but no real surprise that it's not for the full amount I spent.
I do have to say that they've stated that should the parcel arrive, I can keep it as a goodwill gesture but this is pretty much empty as it's now been 2 full months since I ordered, I can't see that happening, can you?
All I want is what I paid for, but that seems too much to ask.
I'm pretty sure a good percentage of the positive reviews for this frustrating company on here are fake.
UPDATE 2-
They've now offered a refund for the full amount, fair enough, but they want me to close the paypal claim first.
This will of course leave me open to the mercy of gearbest as to when I get the refund as once the paypal claim is closed, it cannot be re-opened.
They've promised 3-5 days for the refund but then they've promised a lot of things that haven't happened.
I'll close the claim IF I receive the refund, not before.
UPDATE 3-
I played it their way and closed the case. I received the refund promptly so fair play but things should never have got this far so the whole experience has still been disappointing and off-putting.

Jan26,2015 ( W**************) I ordered Decool Hulk Buster building bricks. A brick was missing from the package and they gave me the option to resend or reimbursed me $5.00 to my GB Wallet. I was happy with the $5.00 which went straight toward my next purchase.

Gearbest is an excellent website. Prices are super cheap, sometimes up to 50% that of the high street. I have used them multiple times and always received genuine products. Shipping time is reasonable and customer service have always responded quickly and helpfully in the rare case I have needed them. I ordered 6 items. I only received 2 of them and the invoice that came with them had them each priced at half of what I paid. I disputed for a partial refund as I did not want to bother with paying for returning what I got for a full refund. Gearbest only offered a refund that did not cover what I paid for what I had received so I ended up declining it, then PayPal made me return the items to get my refund. 20 days later, I stil do not have my refund, nor any items and I am out $121 bucks PLUS $31 for shipping back to GearBest in China. PayPal and GearBest are down right thieves and I have filed complaints with IC3, FTC, my states attorney general, the San Jose District Attorney and the San Jose Police Department. Save you money and pay more through a USA based company instead of these thieves! You HAVE your items! They were returned to you via USPS 3-Day Priority International Mail on March 11,2016. I bought 5 iphone earbuds from the company and they broke one after another(each last 1-1.5 month, not mention the voice quality is bad). When I submitted a ticket trying to get a refund, it takes 2 tickets and 2 dozen messages back and forth to even make their 2 representatives to find the correct order number. I had provided correct order number, item and amount of items purchased. They were so incapable and it takes so many messages and they never bother to search the order number to find the right order. The first made a small portion refund on a wrong order and the second insisted that's the order!
And the company is selling those fake defective products and put them up as they were valid products. I can guess where those near 5 star reviews on the junk product on the site come from. I just checked it still sells the junk product on the site. Totally unethical company!
