Two months after placing my order and paying a very respectable amount for some staff, they haven't arrived and they keep making fun of me sending emails to be patient, trying to gain time and this is not their fault. So, after giving these hucksters one star ten days ago and getting a grovelling reply, the item has still not arrived. They sent me new tracking info (unrelated to the previous info) which, effectively, tracked my my item to somewhere in the world, but nowhere specific. Nor was there any indication of when - if ever - I might receive it. So I decided it was time to cancel the order and face up to the doubtless endless struggle to get my refund. Except I can no longer login to their site using my email address and the password they gave me, so I cannot pin my request to my order. So I am in the same limbo I have been in since I ordered from these thieves over three weeks ago. AVOID THEM LIKER THE PLAGUE!

I used them for first time 3 accessories for my HONOR 5X they took my order and then emailed me sorry one item not available which wasnt a problem I emailed them back saying okay refund me and send the other 2 items they emailed me back sorry cant cancel order as it was despatched the goods arrived 7 days later one item was fit for purpose the others clearly not for my phone an HT7 CASE WITH CUTOUS ALL IN WRONG PLACES A SCREEN PROTECTOR FOR SOME RANDOM PHONE. I found repair parts RC boat with excellent price at this shop. Order No.: W**************. Order was sent on next day. It took about 2.5 weeks, delivery very fast for my country. The repair parts was Packed in a cardboard box and wrapped in a thick layer of bubbly film. My grandson can repair their boat fast. He is happy. Products that i got are 100% original and works great.

Yes we have all heard horror stories about buying from China but honestly Gearbest is bucking the trend. Items are as described, very low priced and arrive quickly into the UK. Should you experience a problem Gearbest are quick to offer a solution, be it refund, replacement or partial refund... and for me on one occasion a refund plus keep the item (an HD action camera that couldn't shoot at the advised 4k, but thanks to Gearbest I have a great HD camera and free!)

I read a lot of information regarding Android TV boxes and how cool is to watch movies, listen songs and browse internet with them. That is why I decided to buy one.
Recently I used various websites, where different sellers sell items.
But my last purchases were not very successful. I had problems with incorrect descriptions and very bad shipment.
That is why I decided to search for new place to buy original and now expensive items. Many of people, who making reviews tell about Gearbest as very good shop, as well as about good partner in reviews etc.
My TV box purchase was amazing, because:
1. Description on site is 100% reflecting item (so you will not worry about incorrect amount of memory or something like that);
2. It is original item from manufacturer;
3. You get exelent support even if you have not made your purchase yet;
4. You get tracking number and able to see, where your parcel is;
But let's comeback to TV box. Shipment was very fast to my country. Much-much faster, then from other websites.
Item was in very good packaging and there was everything inside, that was listed in description. And main thing is that they included plug for my country. SO I do not need anything before I can start use the box.
That was great purchase and definitely not final.

This is a great site for all your daily purchases. All items were delivered within 25 days(you can expect that since it is coming from China) but the prices are so cheap and impressive plus I could also use GB points which helped me save money. I could never buy items at such prices in my home country.
To make it short. I received a non working tablet which altogether costed me around $164. For some ridiculous reason, they wont pay for the retur. Shipping which costed me $34... telling me to refer to their policy... so I wasted $34 and sent them back... 1 month later, I am told that they still have not received the package. They did not want their customers to use UPS, FedEx, etc so I sent it using USPS which does not provide tracking unless using more costly option which will cost as much as the tablet. Wasted money and time trying to resolve this problem... should have contacted the credit card company in the first place.

I ordered and received a Doogee F5 via order number W**************. I had paid for courier, so got the goods within 5 working days. So far so good.
I could not open the SIM slot with the needle provided or another needle that I had. So I filed a support ticket T*******137. I have photos of the same if anyone wants to see them.
I was advised to try another needle and describe what I had done.
Then I was advised to go to a local electric store for help. I questioned who would pay for this and what guarantee this would not happen, as obviously the SIM tray was defective. I thus requested an exchange.
I was told to either send the product back (return shipping cost from NZ about US$ 30.00) for a refund of cost price via store credit or exchange, or accept a $ 20.00 store credit and keep the product. The product cost me US$ 135.99 plus shipping. Now why would I want store credit, if the first experience was bad? Would I want to shop again? I dont think so. So I requested that they send me a replacement with a return courier bag. They ofcourse FOBBED me off saying they could not provide the service at this time but might 'optimize' it in future. HA, what a load of bull crap.
Anyways, I have decided to keep the defective phone, rather than risk returning it and then being given a run around for a refund. I have also decided not to accept thier 'compensation' of store credit for $20 as why would I want to shop with them again.
People, you have been warned. If you want defective goods and then be FOBBED off by the seller, then go to gearbest.com
It if far beeter to pay a little more on other sites, and be assured of good customer service, as I do understand that sometimes we land up with defective goods. Its what happens after that is what counts. Gearbest.com does not measure up to the bar. Infact, they are well below it.

Bought some of their products, I found that they are a good seller. Wide range of product and low price are the reason why I usually visit here.
I placed a couple orders with GearBest, the first arrived within a reasonable amount of time and met my expectations, however my second order contained a defective item. I submitted a claim for replacement through the website and was assured that the item would be replaced. After waiting for nearly a month, there was still no sign of a replacement item. I again contacted customer support only to be met with excuses why nothing had been done yet. Finally, I got tired of waiting for a replacement and requested a refund only to be told that they would only issue a partial refund in credit on their website, as though I plan to order anything else from them. Eventually, they agreed to give my partial refund to my payment account, but I have yet to see this happen. AVOID THIS WEBSITE, THEY ONLY SELL CHEAP CRAPPY PRODUCTS AND DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct.
