If you treat this site as 'Dollars. Or few dollars' online store, that would be fine! But anything other than that. Please don't do it, they sent you wrong parts, cheap electronics goods, most of the time don't work or just cheap quality products.
Especial any high dollars item like computers, smart phones, electric scooters, etc. when you run into support issue, it will take long time to get thing resolved from gearbest.com customer service, they are 'dragging...' the issue, in regarding return or refund, just forget about it... cost many $$ to ship back the defected products for exchange or refund. They almost don't want to issue full refund. You have go thru your credit card company or Paypal to get refund.
In regarding shipping time of the items will take long time to arrive, min 3 weeks, months, or never arrive. They use the cheapest method to ship their products, packing is horrible, they use heavy duty plastic bag or paper envelope to ship their product; they are rarely use any foam padding/pop corn to pack their shipment, except something large doesn't into their plastic bag.
I have learned my lesson, I am not here to bad mouth 'Gearbest.com', just want share my shopping experience with everyone out there.

In the end of last year I decided to buy new blutooth mouse for my laptop because previous as broken. My brother told me to look it up at Gearbest because here is good service and low prices. Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
