I bought some items from GearBest a while ago and I would like to share my experience with you. First of all, The variety of the pruducts I had to choose from was excitingly big, though I got a little bit confused from some of them due to not knowing which one to pick among them. After that, the price in which I got it, which was great. I bought the Amazfit Pace smartwatch, which costs 200EUR in Greece, but got it for only 100EUR from gearbest and with free shipping. Then, the proccess is very easy to follow, and note that this was my very first online purchase. After that, 2 more orders followed, one with some fidget toys and one with a pair of earphones and some other things. In all of them, the proccess which I had to follow was very simple. The only problem I found with these orders, is the availability. In the site, some products were shown as available even though I was informed they weren't. Though, after some minutes, maybe half an hour, the availability got refreshed. The shipping was fast, no products were damaged when arrived and the tracking was overall good... To a Support prospective, if someone needs help quickly, I'd recommend the Live Support option when able because it is fast and as good as applying a ticket. Overall, my experience with GearBest was great. I also became an associate a while back, we'll see how that goes...

One of the best eshop with good products and special prices. But one of the most important is the after sale support witch is the best so far.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
