I've discovered this website 6 mouths ago. So far, I bought a mobile phone, a tv box, three Mi band2, many led lamps and some other items with the lowest prices of internet. The items quality is great as advertised. Only one band arrived damaged and after I made the request to be refunded their customer service treated it very seriously and quickly. I was impressed because I have a bad experience with another big store on the Internet that, after two months, keeps not answering my request. It offered me two options: to keep the damaged item and partial refund or to return the item and total refund.
I am sure I'll buy again by Gearbest

The correspondence when GearBest sent the wrong item is very bad.
GearBest makes time and waits for customers to give up.
GearBest deliberately ignore the mistaken facts.
GearBest will refuse to quick exchange or cash refund.
GearBest will try to pay customers the expense of exchange and return cost.

One of my first shopping items at the gearbest was two kinds of irrigators (traveling one & stationary one) which was recommended by my dentist. Such kinds of irrigators are very expensive in my region. So I had to search it in online shops. Firstly it was - aliexpress shop. But unfortunately there was expensive price for me even in Black Friday proposals. Then I found the same items in GB store and I could buy not one but two different irrigators for almost the same moneys! That was one plus for GB store! Besides that I want to notice that all items which I ordered there have a good quality! My irrigators -all as described, fully completed and easy to use! Every family must have it for teeth health! I'm happy to use them!

When I had a problem with the blame order was from the Brazilian Post Office, and even then they sent me one more product, all doubts answered and problems solved

I have been shopping in GearBest since last July. After my first successful order I made 9 more and counting! My actual mobile phone (Meizu m3 note 178 order) was bought from GB. I 've never had a problem in any orders! The nearest was a little delay caused by a stock problem but I got all the information from Support Centre and if I wanted they could have sent the money back or instantly order the phone on another color! But I ended up waiting for what I first ordered! I always wait less than a month for an order... 22 days or so! Which is great comparing to other online shops! The flash sales, discounts, delivery time and well conditioned boxes and the quality of all the products I order make GB my favourite online store!
