Hello, I want share with you with my opinion about this shop. I buy a few things and everything was perfect. I order small christmas tree learning set on December and i'm worried that I can't get it to Christmas but delivery to Poland take 18 days! It's very good time. I pieces togheter my tree and it's work and looks good on Christmas evening. I recommend this shop.

I've been using Gearbest for 2 years now and I find them fantastic. Customer service is top notch. Any refunds, which is very few, are sorted instantly. All product descriptions are perfect. Gearbest also has the best prices, without doubt.

1. I order the phone using the business priority service but they sent it via regular post. I paid for business but it took me ages to ask them to refund the money that I paid for business services. But at least, they paid it back to me.
2. After that they asked me to wait for 10-21 business days but when I said that I didn't receive the item after this period, they out of a sudden told me that it can last for two months! I didn't know that at first, this was not in their terms and conditions so asked for a full refund but they refused to do that.
3. I asked to resend the phone at least, yet - they refused to do that. They promised a ridiculous compensation of 1 EUR but they even didn't give it tome!
4. I reordered another phone with them but they did't send it out to me. Neither did they give me the promised ridiculous compensation of 1 EUR.
5. Conclusion: after ordering the phone two months ago, I still have no phone, no refund, and no proper communication with them. This is the worst online shop ever!
In Gearbest I ordered a few times and I always had a very good experience. I received my purchases in time, without problems.

This is a great watch and a very good value for money. It does what it says it does. It can even find your phone if you have lost it somewhere in the room. The watch delivered on the expected time. Gearbest came in touch with me since the phone was currently out of stock and they allowed me to choose between to wait one more week before to dispatch the item or to get an alternative product. They provide great support and they answer within few hours. I purchased many items from Gearbest and I am very satisfied with all my purchases. I would definitely recommend Gearbest.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
