El 17 de febrero de 2017 compre una convoy C8 (orden W**************) y la experiencia ha sido perfecta, el paqueta llegó muy rapido y todo muy bien empaquetado y protejido, sin duda volvere a comprar en gearbest, son muy serios.

I've been registered for a year with many orders and the overall experience was excellent. I had no problem with my orders except a couple in which i got the order resend or refunded. It's a reliable store with good customer support.

What i can say is that i purchasing on gearbest for years now, I consider it one of the best online shopping sites.
Always accurate and punctual shipments, items always conforming to the description.
If I have to buy Xiaomi products is the best online store for this type of product.
Kindly and prompt customer service in the answers and in solving any problems. All the items work well apart for the Xiaomi speaker I bought a few months ago,
But I have already been reimbursed a part of the price that I paid for it and that's why you have been correct.

Realize muchas compras en esta tienda, el motivo principal esque el tiempo de entrega es rapido y los productos llegan en buen estado, a diferencia de otras tiendas que se demoran muchos meses, los productos llegan a mis manos en menos de un mes, bien cuidados y todo tal y como se especifica en las caracteristicas.

1. I order the phone using the business priority service but they sent it via regular post. I paid for business but it took me ages to ask them to refund the money that I paid for business services. But at least, they paid it back to me.
2. After that they asked me to wait for 10-21 business days but when I said that I didn't receive the item after this period, they out of a sudden told me that it can last for two months! I didn't know that at first, this was not in their terms and conditions so asked for a full refund but they refused to do that.
3. I asked to resend the phone at least, yet - they refused to do that. They promised a ridiculous compensation of 1 EUR but they even didn't give it tome!
4. I reordered another phone with them but they did't send it out to me. Neither did they give me the promised ridiculous compensation of 1 EUR.
5. Conclusion: after ordering the phone two months ago, I still have no phone, no refund, and no proper communication with them. This is the worst online shop ever!

This is a great watch and a very good value for money. It does what it says it does. It can even find your phone if you have lost it somewhere in the room. The watch delivered on the expected time. Gearbest came in touch with me since the phone was currently out of stock and they allowed me to choose between to wait one more week before to dispatch the item or to get an alternative product. They provide great support and they answer within few hours. I purchased many items from Gearbest and I am very satisfied with all my purchases. I would definitely recommend Gearbest.
