Unless you are absolutely certain of the product you want to purchase, stay away from this online retailer! I ordered a dashcam advertised (in English) that it takes an SD card but when I got it a month later, it said something about a TF card instead. They kept insisting it's the same but the TF card slot is smaller than an SD card. Also, the manual was in Chinese! Asked for a refund and I am expected to send the item back to China at my own expense. I tried to resolve this issue with them and they want to give me a partial refund and will give that through their "Gearbest wallet." That's not a refund but a store credit. Not happening as I won't ever shop in their store again. I'm calling my bank tomorrow and file a formal complaint there. Gearbest has had 181 complaints filed with the BBB so far and I expect it to climb more. They are very dishonest!
Update: They pretend to care and respond to the review urging you to contact them. I don't know how many more times I have to contact them (I've emailed them 4 times!) and they still don't want to honor their mistake and make you pay for it. Not ever going to order from this retailer again! Going to call my bank and take care of this fraudulent transaction.
Gearbest experience is far better and their customer service is very fast and great. They have very good quality email news letter and the products are far cheaper that anywhere else

So, I started buying items on Gearbest a couple months ago and I was fashinated by their shipping method (EU Priority Line), because I could buy items from China without worrying about extra taxes and it actually works. Their price is very competitive and they are having more and more products on European warehouses which is a big improvement facing other online companies.

In December 2015 I orderd a cellphone from gearbest ( EU Warehouse). Afer only 2 month the phone had a failure and I contacted the support center. They told me to return the item to china. No problem, i sent the item to the adress and waited... and waited... and waited. Tracking information said that the item was delivered. So I contacted the support center and again after a few messages the money was refunded to gb wallet.
Then I tried to order a new cellphone. After FOUR weeks the order status was still processing. So I had to contact the support center again. They told me that they will cancel the order and redund the money to the gb wallet. The money was refunded after a few days... but the order is still in status processing ( until now)
No Problem... the money was redundet... so I ordered the next cellphone...
This time the order status is paid for a very long time... and I think you´ll now what was happening... nothing.
