After writing my reviews, customer service reached out to me. They refunded me 15 dollars due to the pre-sale order errors. I informed I would update my review in regards to customer service. I am happy that they did try to make amends to the situation but I am disappointed that it took writing negative reviews to any results. I am still waiting on the merch. They sent me an update today that it has hit the states. Hopefully I will have soon.

I am very happy to have discovered this site. All products are original. On the quality of the goods no complaints. First delivery. In general, I am satisfied with website. I can recommend it to all.
It is now over 2 months since I placed an order with GearBest and I do not have my item. First I was told it would be 10-25 days for my item to be delivered, then I was told 45 days, then I was told 60 days, then I was told it would be delivered by October 6 and I still don't have it. I was promised a refund and I don't have that either. Maybe they should change their name to GearYouSuckTheBest.

Worst delivery service ever!
I had ordered a jacket from gearbest and was quoted a delivery time frame of 10-25 business days, I placed the order in the month of NOVEMBER and haven't received the product TILL DATE. I live in India and the product was dispatched to me from China. When I contacted them they said the product will be delivered within stipulated time. It didn't, I contacted them again and they then quoted another time frame of 25-45 business days! Really for a jacket it's too much, I ordered it from, there because I liked it and wanted to wear it in winters, which are by the way, now over. Thanks to gearbest. I requestd them to contact their logistic partners but haven't got any response They have no ways of contacting their logistics partners and they really do not show any concern for their new customers. Overall worst experience ever with an e-commerce. I would urge anyone from India to think twice before ordering anything from them. I'm not even sure if I'm going to receive my product ever.

BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A RETURN. This is the worst company i have ever done business with as far as drones go, i got a drone from them that was DOA and they will not take it back without a pic how do you take a pic of a dead motor to show its not working, and on top of that they did not send any landing skids did i get them no. The only way to solve this problem after many emails is i have to buy a new motor and skids and install it my self. I will never buy another thing from this company.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct.
