I am writing this review since I'm new to this website and I wanted to help people see the quality of it. So i ordered my 4 items Monday, November 30th 2015 at 9:20 pm eastern time. I chose expedited shipping hopping to get my order in 4-7 business days like the website promised. I even paid this shipping since i thought it was worth it. But wait, there a catch. Your order apparently will arrive in 4-7 business days starting from when the orders is dispatched which takes 3-5 business days to process apparently. So technically, even if you chose the fastest shipping(4-7 days) who will only receive it in 7-12 business days. Currently, as of now, today is the 4th day it is processing. I'll keep to see if they respect there times. I'll update this post frequently. But right now I'm pissed with the lies they told us. Cause if you order something on Amazon and it says: 2 days delivery, the items will be delivered in literally 2 days. Anyways thats one thing. Another thing that isn't true is on each item i ordered it said 3-5 business days with Free shipping. When i come to checkout, it doesn't say that anymore. Free shipping is 10-25 days. Which is lies. So i decided to choose and pay for 4-7 days shipping which isn't 100% true cause it doesn't count the 3-5 days processing. Anyways ill keep this post update to let future clients know if they actually will dispatched the items before midnight on Friday or latest very early on Monday.

I found gearbest.com as a coincidence when i was looking for good deals (for magic cubes and a race bicycle taillight).
After some research in their huge onlinestore, i found what i wanted. A slick looking thin bike taillight and a complex magic/puzzle cube.
The prices were so good, that i had to doublecheck if I had made a mistake during my buying process.
When the goods arrived (after the free shipping, it took less time than they advertise) i was intrested in the quality of the products.
I was shocked how GOOD the quality was! The cube was top noch and the taillight was exactly as described.
I use them practically on a daily basis and still enjoy them!

You have to know this store (the warehouse) is located in Asia (China, Hong Kong, etc.) so you need to be patience to get your orders. I've ordered from GearBest a few times already, and I've never had any major problems with my experience there. The prices can be great, the products are acceptable for the price, and what little communication I've had with their customer service has been fine.
A few months ago, I got a great coupon from PandaCheck for 25% off so I ordered over-ear headphones for myself and my girlfriend. The headphones were basically generic Dre Beats with wires. I paid extra to have a tracking number with my shipping, but I ended up not needing it because the headphones actually arrived within 3 weeks of ordering, even though it was estimated they would take 4-5 weeks to get here. The headphones work great and, for $10 a pop, I can't complain too much. They can get a little tinny when sounds go higher, but the bass is great.
More recently I ordered a Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker because I needed a cheap speaker and it was the cheapest with good reviews (it was $10.50). I used the free shipping option and I didn't have a tracking number. I got a little worried when it didn't arrive after 5 weeks so I emailed the customer service. The guy was nice but couldn't tell me much other than "Your package is on its way." It arrived after 7 weeks and works as advertised.
Overall I can't complain. Pay for the shipping with a Tracking Number if you get antsy waiting for packages, but otherwise I've already recommended GearBest to friends because it's one of the easier to use wholesale tech sites I've found.

After asking for the refund status on 04/14/2016 GB support told me that all was an error, the item would not have arrived. Then, on 04/21/2016 a 20% compensation was offered.
That's really annoiying. Waiting for nearly five months now. No Phone during this period, No compensation in sight.
Instead of answering my precise questions GB support just asked me to be patient. All their promises and previous statements are absolutely contradictory.
I suppose that they plan to do that until the warranty period is expired and so will their contractual obligation.
If I were GB support I would be ashamed of such an unbelievable tissue of lies.

I recently purchased an item from this site, after being charged for the order and charged for 3 day shipping I checked back and the item was never in stock. I submitted a ticket with a company asking what the situation was they responded back telling me that they had supplier issues and that the item would be in stock within 3 to 4 days after waiting the 3 or 4 days and still no item or no update I'll check back again I was given the same generic update thing once again it be 3 to 4 days for the item is in stock to the supplier issues I requested that my money be refunded they responded that it would take up to 6 weeks for the money to be brought back. Overall I would not recommend this site to anyone I know and in fact I would urge you to stay away from it. This is been going on for 3 more weeks since the first incident and I'll be out there any kind of conclusion or solution on their part. Being a business owner of my own I know that this is not the way to create new business or keep old customers so do yourself a favor and keep searching for a site instead of purchasing from this one.
