I placed an order from Gear Best after hearing about them on a tech site. It turns out the tech site was making money off the referrals so their reviews were probably biased. My order has been stuck in processing forever. The contact form via their website does not work. I sent a Tweet and someone responed saying that my order was ready for shipping. It never shipped. So I opened a case with PayPal to report for non-shipment.
The moral is that some people may have had success with this company but from the reviews it would appear that this company has serious issues with customer service.
Sadly, I didn't use a search engine first or I would have come across Jabber

As you can read, a supposed Gear Best rep replied to the comment and wanted my information for a refund. Again, this shows another reason not to do business with them. I have emailed three contact emails for them, filed a PayPal claim, and Tweeted numerous times. If they were a legitimate business they would have responded via normal channels.
Ordered 2 separate orders, both items defective, after much back and forth they finally gave me a warranty RMA (WRMA). Items were returned, they admit they got them and after numerous promises, the thieves REFUSE to return my money. They have both items and all my money. Beware, GearBest Co is nothing but thieves and liars.

Gearbest was happy to take my money, but when I asked for service, they were no where to be found. I submitted my concerns via the email where they were asking if I received the item, submitted a ticket, responded to the FaceBook Messenger messages - but nothing from them, other than more emails with sales offers, more FaceBook Messenger messages with offers, which I responded to. Still nothing! I've unsubscribed from their mailing list - where they were only flogging more offers. Blocked their FaceBook messages (only more offers, never a response) I will NEVER EVER deal with them again and tell anyone I know to avoid them!
