The worst customer experience I have ever encountered.
Ordered phone on 25th April.
Product page says ships within 1-2 days.
I also paid for express shipping 6-8 days.
Contacted gearbest after 4 days as order still said processing.
Was told product was in stock and to be patient and wait for shipping information.
Told the same after 5 days.
Today I am told that the UK warehouse my product was to be shipped from is closed and relocating.

I like to buy products with high price / performance ratio. GearBest is a great place for this reason. Shipping is veerry fast. And customer servise is good. They reply messages very quickly.
On 12 September, I came across one flashsale on gearbest from this xiaomi original smartband, mi band 2. It was extremely cheap, a little more than 16 euros only. Was a flashsale. These smartbands in my country, Portugal, go well over 30,35 euros!
It was my first purchase on this site and i was worried about several things, including custom taxes, guarantee that would be an original product...
The shipment was very fast. It landed in Portugal after 20 days of shipment. It remained with my Country mail service (named CTT) for around more 10 days until being delivered in hand to me. So, I waited roughly 30 days, and this with weekends and national holidays in the middle.
And better of all, the box was sealed, all contents intact, original product and no import taxes!
If you can wait around 20,30 days for your order to be delivered, do it. You'll end up saving a lot.
I'll recommend any buyer to use the faster shipment services for more expensive orders.
