Ridiculously long process times, terrible customer service! I filed a PayPal dispute because my items were never shipped, Gearbest then sent my phone accessories I purchased but not the phone itself! They refuse to ship because I filed a PayPal dispute! Why send the accessories and not the phone because the dispute was for both! They are unfairly making me wait 2-3 days even though I canceled both disputes! My order number is WW************** for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 (Advance) Which was never in stock but never noted as such!

Due to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 being so popular and in high demand, the delay was due to production demand at Xiaomi. My order has been shipped, and have been compensated for the inconvenience!

Well to say the least i am pissed off. This company totally scammed me. Like a few people said before i tested this company out with a few small orders and everything arrived on time, even quickly. Within 5 days, with tracking numbers and everything. So i trusted them, and placed a big order using my credit card, over $500 usd. 5 days went by and i still didn't have a tracking number i started a ticket and asked them what was going on. I waited another 5 days for a reply, which they said that one of the items i ordered was not in stock, and would take another 4 weeks to be in stock. They offered to ship my other items and send the out of stock item when they could. I said that was acceptable. I waited another 5 days, still no tracking number. So i replied to the ticket, and said what is going on. 4 days after this message i get a reply that is just generic and didn't address my concerns at all. I sent them another message saying please just ship my items and cancel the order of the out stock item. 2 weeks went by before i got another reply, and they said ok we will do that. I waited a week for the tracking number still nothing. I finally just said screw it i want my money back. I requested to cancel my order and refund my order. Its been another two weeks and still no reply. If i could give them less than one star i would. This company ships smaller items in hopes that you will place a big order, and when you do, they just steal your money. Beware, please learn from my mistake.

I made on order on 14 Nov and gearbest was saying that they ship on 21 Nov. On the 23 of Nov they sent me an e-mail that they shipped half of my order and the other half will be shipped at Dec 17!. Today its Dec 2 2017 and the tracking number for my shipment that was sent on 23 Nov is saying the item is pre-advised. Witch means it still has not been shipped. Stay away from this company i will contact my bank from tomorrow and see what i can do since i paid with my credit card. Will keep you informed with my progress. JUST POST EVERY PLACE YOU CAN THAT THE COMPANY IS PROBABLY A SCAM.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
