I ordered my watch on 2/15/16 and as of today 03/15/16 I have not received it. I have emailed them 3 times and until this last time I was told it was in processing. No it is back ordered and I have 2 choices, 1) Wait until it comes in maybe 7-15 days. Now remember I have already waited 1 month. This was to be a present and was told on site it would be 7-15 days. Or 2) I could chose a different item from the site. I do not want to deal with them and have asked for a refund. From what I have read this is almost impossible. Well I will keep fighting to get my small refund. It is the principal of thinking they can get away with having our money for a month and us not receiving our purchase for over a month. And their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I guess there is a reason they have no customer service number, they could not keep enough people to answer all the calls. I think all the reviews that are positive must be fake. Remember you are taking a chance when ordering from this site.

I saw a review of the Doogee Y6 Max on YouTube and did like the smartphone so much that I wanted to buy it. As I already bought a Voyo Laptop on Gearbest before I found the Doogee on Gearbest, too. I got it for a very good price on a Flash Sale. There were no shipping costs, but I decided to choose additional transport insurance. I could pay via PayPal and after 2 weeks the Doogee Y6 Max arrived here in Germany. For now the Doogee Y6 Max is my daily driver.

They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
