On Aug 10,2014 i found gearbest,
To be honest at the start i was skeptical the price was too low and i was sure it's a scam but i've decide to give them a chance!
I made a order and and i was suprised-
Shippping was fast!
Price is extreme low!
Product was great!
I've started to order more from them and one time i had a issue -
The customer support of Gearbest is one of a kind
After less the 24 hours i got respond and they solve my problem with less then a day!

Give a chance to gearbest and i am sure you will be more then a happy!

Buying Xiaomi Mi5s

In autumn, I bought a smartphone Xiaomi Mi5s on GearBest. Bought at a very competitive price at a discount. The phone was ordered to the Russian Federation. The delivery was very fast for two weeks. The phone is brand new with all factory tapes and an international firmware with many languages is installed. Very satisfied with the purchase and attitude of the store to the buyer.

It was full of vape items!
I receive it (italy) in about 10 days! Really very fast
The shipment was of course very fast considering the distances.
Objects received perfect.
I only had a small problem, an atomizer was wrong, and customer service was quick in solving the problem.
Prices are low compared to the average (especially if the offers are available ;)) .
That is to say, the experience is always positive and will definitely buy again.
I would recommend to all the vapers to give an eye to the site.
You will be pleasantly surprised!

Avoid this site

The product never arrived after 3 months and they want to give me 50% of the product as store credit or resend it after i pay more. I will never buy from Gearbest again and i wont recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Phone

I have bought a number of items from GearBest. 1 Item my phone was on backorder by the manufacturer and was delayed. GearBest allowed me to cancel the order and order a new phone. Their Customer Service was excellent and I was informed of where my phone was at every stage. Excellent

I ordered a couple of times and the experience I made was always perfect. One of the several orders W************** went missing while being sent. I shortly explained my problem in a ticket and Gearbest offered me different options. Reship the goods, set it down to the Gearbest account or 50% to the PayPal account. I decided for reshipping the goods. It went like clockwork. **Perfect**

Well worth the wait for me. I didn't wait until I desperately needed new batteries for my vape setup and I was expecting the long transit time. For me, this was a no-brainer in terms of price/value. Free shipping to top it off! I got a set of 4 authentic Samsung 25r's for a great price and I'll be back for more.

RUSSIAN ROULETTE!

Don't spend any more than your willing to throw away! Your taking a big chance with this company. They will put you through the wringer! I bought a few cheaper items that were fine and very happy with. However, the $138.24 USD item I bought did not work. They offered me a $25.00 refund which I should have accepted though PayPal because it's going to cost me $70.00 to ship back and I can't even figure out how to fill out the customs declaration and dispatch note, and I only have two days to provide a tracking # or the case will be dropped. Even if I do get it out in time, I'm sure I will never see a dime! Just look at all of there replies, they are all the same BS every time! I will never buy from them again and discourage anyone I can though social media not too as well!

PAY A LITTLE EXTRA $$ AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS HEADACHE!

I have spent approx. $150.00 for the KN95 mask with valve. The straps are pulling off the mask (some as soon as you put it on, others after about 2 hrs. Of use.) I have very patiently been working with the "support tickets" process on the website. Gearbest directs you to the actual store (However, I bought my mask from Gearbest not Life-Time Store or Niche Alerts Store.) The store won't resolve it and now Geearbest has cleared all the history of the tickets that have been going on for 3 weeks now. They have TERRIBLE customer service and POOR PRODUCTS

Better than expected

Never bought anything from Gearbest and the service positively surprised me!

I purchased on their site a drone Hubsan 501s and a bag for lipo. I received the products very quickly and in perfect condition.
