To be honest at the start i was skeptical the price was too low and i was sure it's a scam but i've decide to give them a chance!
I made a order and and i was suprised-

I shortly explained my problem in a ticket and Gearbest offered me different options. Reship the goods, set it down to the Gearbest account or 50% to the PayPal account. Well worth the wait for me. I didn't wait until I desperately needed new batteries for my vape setup and I was expecting the long transit time. For me, this was a no-brainer in terms of price/value. Free shipping to top it off! I got a set of 4 authentic Samsung 25r's for a great price and I'll be back for more.
Don't spend any more than your willing to throw away! Your taking a big chance with this company. They will put you through the wringer! I bought a few cheaper items that were fine and very happy with. However, the $138.24 USD item I bought did not work. They offered me a $25.00 refund which I should have accepted though PayPal because it's going to cost me $70.00 to ship back and I can't even figure out how to fill out the customs declaration and dispatch note, and I only have two days to provide a tracking # or the case will be dropped. Even if I do get it out in time, I'm sure I will never see a dime! Just look at all of there replies, they are all the same BS every time! I will never buy from them again and discourage anyone I can though social media not too as well!

I have spent approx. $150.00 for the KN95 mask with valve. The straps are pulling off the mask (some as soon as you put it on, others after about 2 hrs. Of use.) I have very patiently been working with the "support tickets" process on the website. Gearbest directs you to the actual store (However, I bought my mask from Gearbest not Life-Time Store or Niche Alerts Store.) The store won't resolve it and now Geearbest has cleared all the history of the tickets that have been going on for 3 weeks now. They have TERRIBLE customer service and POOR PRODUCTS

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
