I opted for Gearbest for having several nominations. I was not disappointed. The shop is very helpful with customers. Has fast support. The prudutos are incredible. I bought a Xiaomi Mi6 and it arrived very fast in Brazil. I highly recommend Gearbest and also the Xiaomi Mi6.

I bought 5 iphone earbuds from the company and they broke one after another(each last 1-1.5 month, not mention the voice quality is bad). When I submitted a ticket trying to get a refund, it takes 2 tickets and 2 dozen messages back and forth to even make their 2 representatives to find the correct order number. I had provided correct order number, item and amount of items purchased. They were so incapable and it takes so many messages and they never bother to search the order number to find the right order. The first made a small portion refund on a wrong order and the second insisted that's the order!
And the company is selling those fake defective products and put them up as they were valid products. I can guess where those near 5 star reviews on the junk product on the site come from. I just checked it still sells the junk product on the site. Totally unethical company!
Everything I've ordered so far arrived within 20 days (which is great considering I'm from Croatia), and the package wasnt damaged (2 keyboards so far were the biggest I've ordeder). The price is great and the product matched its description. Very satisfied and I will continue to buy there. Would recomend to everyone

I wanted to buy a Xiaomi yi sport camera with my CC and their customer service mailed me that my IP address and the destination of my package are not the same. I was positively shocked that they would also check on this. For i was in a country were the lots of things are blocked, i was very happy that they would check it.

I have Bought the ILife V7s Robot from GearBest, more than 4 months ago.
The item I received was faulty - stacked all time with no reason.
They promised the give my money back after I'll send them the item (forcing me to pay for the delivering).
I have sent the item to the address they asked me in Spain already almost 2 months ago, and now they wrote me they cannot take it out from the custom office, asking me to send it to a new address in China!
This is only a brief of the issue - They are just delaying the repayment with strange new excuses from time to time.
It also seemed like they have blocked for me the option to write a review in they website.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
