I ordered a product mid-day on the 7th (4 days ago) and still my order says "Order Recieved) yet when I was checking out it was said my order would ship same day. I even talked to a customer service rep who said it would be put on a truck either yesterday (10th) or today (it hasn't happened)
I bought new wheels for my 4runner. Paid for 2 day shipping since I needed them quickly. Was nice to have suggested sizes based on lift and possible rubbing. Everything was as expected and received on time. Will be ordering again.
Paid extra for shipping because it said a date that was acceptable for me. Shipping was late and I contacted this company's customer service and was treated like a number and given a BS excuse when i stated i ordered by date not by days. So instead of being refunded the shipping difference (the least they could do) i was brushed off then chat was ended. Lost a good customer because of this

I looked into your order and technically what the chat agent advised you is correct that the 3 day shipping timeframe is the transit time the item is with the carrier. I do understand your frustrations and it is valid. Since we shipped on 4/16 it should of been delivered on 4/18. Therefor, I have refunded your shipping due to the inconvenience. I ordered a HD tire mount on 3/30 that was supposed to arrive on 4/1. It is now 4/1 and the item still hasn't shipped, and now they are saying it will probably be 4/7 before i even get a tracking number. Horrible customer service and offered no reason for the delay other than trying to say it was the websites fault.

I was having some technical issues with my purchase. I used the chat option and eventually got on the phone with their customer support rep, Leo, who was nothing short of amazing. We didn't get the problem fixed during the call but later that evening I managed to finalize the transaction thanks to his help. Top tier experience to say the least.

Instructions were kind of lacking, but I figured it out. No wire to open the latches. I can shade tree mechanic that. No carriage bolts for joining the panels to the rail, I was able to use other style bolts. But it looks good. And I got er done.
I bought replacement hardware to attach each to top of my car. This review might need to be amended since I'm asked to review before receiving order. Not sure when that will occur since the review request is the only communication I have received since placing order. No update to delivery date

I just bought a jeep and needed the rails to step into jeep. Found some on Extreme Terrain website. Great price, fast delivery and easy to install. I would have given five stars except one of the bolts couldn't be used. I can still use the rails just without the one bolt.
I received what I ordered but the fog lights didn't come with a mounting bracket. The product assumes that the Jeep had factory installed lamps, which mine does not. So I need to buy and install wiring, a switch, and brackets. The only way to do that is go back on line and search. Would have been nice to speak with someone like you can at Classics Industries. Just sayin'
I specifically asked the sales agent about the tire and wheel matchup. Was told they would fit. Then I get the order and the wheel is much wider than the tire. Exchanges aren't really a thing, so I had to buy another set of tires and wait for the tracking to show the first tires were delivered, even though the tracking on FedEx shows the tires were delivered. Then I get to load up, transport and unload the tires (Five 35" tires) at FedEx. All because I was given incorrect information.
Bought a new clutch master and slave cylinder for my 97 wrangler. Part exceeded my expectations. Was all metal with a braided line very durable and work well, no issues bleeding it. I used a bench hold the master and filled it with fluid pulled the slave down to the floor disconnect the plastic piece that's holds it and pumped it like 15 times put the plastic back on closed the master and installed the unit pre held worked like a charm
On December 21, I ordered the red rock foot rests and the Barricade round adventure mirrors for a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. I paid the reasonable cost. They gave for two day shipping and on December 23. I reached out via chat to see about the status of my order. The customer service rep was incredibly helpful and very quick without me asking and without hesitation they issued a $10 credit because my order was delayed briefly. I look forward to working with extreme terrain in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for automotive parts and accessories.
I had to return an item that I bought but when I went to install it found out that it wouldn't work so I had to send back and the customer service person was very helpful in getting the process going for and in all took me ten minutes from start to finish with me having returned label
