Do not order from this site. I ordered a xiaomi redmi note 3 pro from them. They took my money and shipped an inferior phone, then refused to refund me until i paid to ship the old item back. I told them i would be glad to send the wrong item back if they paid return shipping, and they refused. They tried to give me partial store credit ($30) to keep the crappy phone.
Now they have 144.89 of my money and i have a paperweight that i didn't order. I am being forced to try to go to visa to get a refund.

Terrible service, terrible support. I have purchased an item on gearbest.com 4 months ago. It should be delivered in less than 2 months, but i haven't get get it in 4 months and still cant get any information about the status. Support just telling to wait while they are working on this case. I have contacted them few times and all the time result was the same - i was tol to wait. And now i'm ignored and dont get any response! This was 3rd purchase on this site and all the time there was big issues. I will never use it again and will not recommend to do this for anyone else.

When I bought my first order (Xiaomi powerbank), GearBest sent me photo with my order and iformed me that they shipped out my order. My powerbank is really good, and it was the best price. This product is an original, I have got full set: Powerbank, manual, USB cable and certificate! It was really nice :)! Now I'm waiting for my second order, my first smartphone from China. I hope that it will be really good and will come to me soon

I bought 3 things, one was out of stock, but they didn't tell me, when I asked them where is my stuff, they told me that they are going to send me asap, but it has been 3 weeks. Two items were supposed to get here in 3 days, but they were all delayed. Them I canceled the one they didn't have. And do you know when I am getting my refund? When they ship my other items! The one that are supposed to be sent earlier but weren't, and when I asked them when it is going to happen, he asked me to ask again within 72 hours! What kind of refund policy is that? Simply insane. Don't trust them, don't waste your time. BTW I spoke with a human being that seemed to be a robot. All answers are pre made. Weirdest thing ever.
