Having given a one star for very poor customer service I was very impressed with this company's response. Immediately, following publication on the review site I was offered a free delivery of a free replacement. The item however was out of stock so I was invited to choose something else from their range. I chose a quadcopter which was 13$ less in price than the Cessna plane I was seeking to have repaired. Not only was I sent the quadcopter but I was also refunded the 13$.

They asked me to send them a photo copy of both my id and credit card. Which is not appropriate. They then took a while to give money back and during this time ran out of the item. I made about ten orders so far. From small parcel to large parcel and small cost to expensive cost. At everytihng they are very professional about the item, the packaging, the fast posting and a very good for customers point system that can offer you great gifts.

I have placed an order for 2 Xiaomi MI Note 2 International version on the 22nd of September and I have received 1 month later 2 phones in Chinese version. After 2 weeks of claims and ticket messages sent to the customer service Gearbest has not proposed a solution yet that do not cause a money loss to me.
In other words, if Gearbest makes a mistake, the customer has to pay the shipment back and there is no refund for Customs cost.
