Instead of the ordered smart box (Order no. **************875), I was supplied with a USB extension ordered from Spain. I found this out when I peeled off the declaration from a small package that couldn't even fit my ordered device and determined that below it was a declaration intended for a package ordered from Spain. On my complaint (with videos and pictures as evidence), the seller "Smartselect audio store" told me that I was lying and then he didn't want to answer my emails anymore. Gearbest does not try to solve the problem, but constantly refers to the seller who does not respond, and so the buyer remains completely unprotected. I do not recommend shopping at Gearbest! I've lost my money!

I have used GearBest a few times now and I've not had a single issue, the products i got have all worked well, good choices for delivery and the prices are amazing, i will be continuing my shopping there.

I ordered Xiaomi powerbank on the Gearbest website. It was a very good experience - prices are competitive, customer service fast and helpful. The website has a lot of special offers.
Shipping was free and the powerbank, which I received is great.

I bought in the store for the first time. He was surprised when the parcel was sent very quickly. They sent an order(W**************) a photo, which is very nice. Sending was about a month, that's fine. I will be ordering more!

I would like to share my experience with others. I found this website a year ago. Previously I was scared to purchase from GearBest. But then after finding out that greabest has the best prices and great customer service it was no brainer. Best bang for your buck . Slowly I am moving towards shopping only from Gearbest.
They even have Eureopean warehouses!!! Not like other Chinese sites. I bought from CZ warehouse and it was fast like I would buy something from that country.

This site is amazing. Their customer service is fast and helpful. They always try to help with your problem. In my Country we can have problems with customs. But my Gearbest shoppings I never had a problem with them. I bought more than 40 items from this site and never had a problem. Their price is just amazing I bought many things from 1$ this is incredible.

GearBest is the best website to buy from the internet at all, Offering excellent products at the best and cheapest prices Such as smartphones, electronic panels, televisions, tv box... etc, When I bought from this site for the first time I liked a lot. Ok, let's move to my recent order, it's very cool, Best lamp, best quality, best colors (red, green, blue), and best design, I am very satisfied with this product, I have tried it and liked it very much especially the movement of the manipulation of the lights.

I realy like shopping on gearbest. They have nice promo sales and good price. I am buying gadgets and smart devices and I am satisfied. One thing I like is they don't have clones. On the other sites I was afraid to get some product clone. I would like to thanks them and give advice to be more accurate for customer support. Last time I bought some action camera for 50e and it is perfect. Make some warehouse in Serbia so we can buy without customs :)

So after my review here, a site rep reached out to me to take a closer look at the situation. With her help she was able to get me a full refund and was extremely helpful. Lily was calm, professional and helped me fast which definitely made the experience infinitely better. Thank you so much for the prompt response and making sure I got my refund right away (as promised).

I ordered my item from Gearbest early August and here we are beginning of October and there is no sign of my item. The tracking number they sent me shows that the item was never shipped and when I contacted the company they insisted my item was shipped. They said I could have a refund of 50% which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHIPPED MY ITEM! Do not give this company your money. Their service and policies are nothing but greedy. If you still feel like giving this company a try be very weary and stay on top of your order.

I am Brazilian, and it is difficult to buy things here because of the absurd price, so the best alternative is to import. Of the foreign websites that ship to Brazil, the best experience I've had was with Gearbest. Thousands of products with quality and excellent prices, in addition to the numerous promotions every day. I am a frequent buyer of the store, it is very worthwhile, even more that the store offers to Brazil the option of payment in installments, that is one more quality. I recommend to Gearbets for everyone, the prices are really good, shipping is fast and efficient and the support is great.

They sell authentic products for fairly low prices. Usually their prices are unbeatable. Shipping is fast. I usually choose PostNL shipping method and did never regret. I didn't have much interaction with customer service, but they reply fast and in a nice manner. The only thing that I don't like in gearbest, coupons. Almost everything in their website is on sale. I mean, you have a 8% sale coupon and the thing you want to buy is already on 25% sale. The price is fairly low, but this sale thing makes the coupons useless. Anyways, I'm happy with their prices.
In general, a reliable shop with low prices.
